Just finished this and LOVED IT. Perfect for pulling me out of my 3 day no workout funk. PLEEEASE keep incorporating the vacuums into your videos like you did here! I've noticed a huge difference in my waist since I started doing them, and now they're my favorite exercise!
About the vacuums.. is there any way to know if youâre doing them correctly??? I sort of get it but still feels wrong đ
@@Diana-kk6qz I promise I felt the same way in the beginning! Just keep doing them after your workouts (I always do them after I've done an ab workout) and you'll start to feel it, and you'll know that it feels correct. It took me like a week or 2 to really feel like I knew I was doing it right lol

I've been doing this workout for a year or so now along with your HIIT cardio routines and eating in a calorie deficit (kinda) i eat less than i should BUT I'm getting there and I've noticed a huge difference and it's all thanks to you! â€ïžâ€ïž I've always been slim but like you, alot of my fat sits on my hips! I have to say that I've probably never lasted so long in one video or doing an update. Not much has changed in those two weeks. I did about five more exercises which are not in this video and the results are not exactly visible. But I knew it would take a longer workout for the results to come sooner. I will definitely continue, but probably with new videos. if I continue with this, I will inform you of the changes.

lately iâve been unmotivated with working out , do you have any tips on how i can be more consistent with working out and how i can be more motivated :( ?
I'd say to find your reasoning behind it and let that motivate you and whenever you wanna give up think about that reason. Take progress pictures also, it helps a lot.
I have some tips!
1) get up early and put some workout clothes on.
I always like to think why I am doing it. I wanna reach my goal so Iâm going to do this now bc otherwise Iâm never going to reach my goal.
Some of my tips-
Workout at the same time everyday. Donât let this go, hold the specific time close to your heart lol.
- workout clothes get me excited, make sure you look great while you workout because youâll feel great doing anything if youâre confident in your outfit.
-try different things, sometimes Iâll do 10 minutes of jump rope (with some hype music) and once that timer is done on my phone I get so happy and congratulate myself. I also add more and more time eventually. I found itâs easiest to just grab the jump rope and head outside and just get it done. But sometimes Iâll do something like these videos or blogilates videos. Or sometimes just intense stretching to get my splits.
-I use this app (itâs free) called the âfabulousâ app. It literally works on motivation. This app has single handedly taught me how to create habits and desperately want to keep them. Itâs a slow progress and it starts off with drinking water in the morning as your goal. Itâs all backed up by scientific studies and it really makes you want to check off what you did. You might get impatient with adding new goals but trust me itâs better to just follow along. There are motivating letters to read every day that are customized to you, itâs amazing. I found it randomly once and Iâm so happy I did. Been recommending it to my mom and fiancĂ© lol they didnât want to download it but theyâre also not interested in working out or getting motivated like you and I are.
-Use a calorie counting app, get excited about food, find something fun to get obsessed with for a little while. I had a whole âhealthy yoghurt bowlâ phase, the overnight oats phase, chia pudding phase, salmon and broccoli phase lol just as long as itâs healthy and fun, it should keep you motivated to stay on track with healthy habits like working out. Iâm thinking about trying out smoothie bowls. Maybe thatâll be my next obsession hehe
-have a water bottle (or a few) that you really like and that make you happy. Something with cute designs or maybe it just shows how much water you have left to drink for today, yâknow the ones with the lines that say stuff like âget startedâ âkeep drinkingâ âalmost there!â Lol
-have a nice space to workout. Nice and bright sunshine areas are awesome, outside is great but even your favourite room or space in your house is great. As long as you feel happiest there, thatâs whatâs important. If you donât have a space like that, you can absolutely create one. Add some plants, candles, twinkle lights, yoga mat, your workout shoes can live in this space, some of your favourite things around there like maybe a teddy bear lol or some notes that youâve written to yourself that say why youâre doing this, all the reasons you want to accomplish your goals, how important this is to you etc. You can have a space just for you. Just for this. It should be the kind of space that makes you happy and you want to be in even if youâre not working out.
And yeah :) also Iâve heard it really helps if you have a friend that knows youâre doing this. Personally doesnât work for me but I can see how that would motivate others. I hope these help

i think i did this 3 times plus 20 minutes weighted hula hoop and my waist? okay i'm skinny from the side but from the front i looked like a stick(no curves) and now my waist is smaller so my body looks so much nicerđ

me and my friend are athletes and we were looking forward to doing the workout in your videos. they are good but somehow way too easy, we finished and we werenât even puffed because we are used to doing way more reps and for longer periods of time. we think this video is for beginners although it doesnât say that anywhere. do you think you would be able to make a workout video for super experienced athletes as our gym is closed at the moment? xx
maybe try doing it in multiple rounds?
add weights & dumbells and skip the rests!

No love they actually work best at giving that hour glass look - so I've experienced but everybody's bodies react differently that's just my experienceđ
Its differeng for everyone but i always skip them and do normal planks instead

This might be TMI but does anyone else unwilling do a kegel exercise every time they do a vacuum exercise? I donât know why but I canât control it lol I just tense everything I guess. I notice the most if I do vacuums for 30 seconds or more.

I dont remember what vid its in but vicky says that you should only do waist workouts 2 or 3 times a week. Because if you workout too much on your abs, your waist will get larger (bc of the muscles getting bigger) and more square like.

@@yanybanany your not supposed to workout on any part of your body every day, your body needs to rest in order to get the results you want (but it depends on how long and hard you workout)

the diet i follow is: everything in MODERATION. I eat gluten, dairy, sugar, everything! whatI do is 1) make sure MOST of my calories are coming from nutritious foods, such as fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean meats, seafood, etc. but i still treat myself on a daily basis. I just make sure I stay active, keep my body in a strong state, and live my life!!!

Are you allowed to breathe when doing vacuums? Or do you have to hold your breath? I find it incredibly hard holding it past 10 seconds without breathing

I lost lot of weight in 2020 and fat from my hips & bust too. I also have prominent hip dips. So what should i first focus on ? Getting rid of hip dips or getting a booty first ? Please help mam
Workout your booty, sometimes hip dips are caused by bone structure so it really just depends! focus on your booty and on being healthy, and see how your hip dips change
@@vickyjustiz okay mam thankyou. Earlier when i weighed more, i had hip dips then too. I was curvier. Actually i never really worked on my booty, never paid heed towards gaining muscle etc. So it is natural hip bone structure i guess but it can be improved i think. Thanks
