THE WORKOUT:
-Hold in Plank for 30 secs.
-Plank twists (20)
-Bicycle Crunches (30)
-Side Crunches (20 on each side)
-Knee to Elbow Planks (30)
-Hip Raises (As many as you can)

Could you please make whole body workout video for people suffering from lower spine injury like degenerate disc disease, bulged disc, dislocated disc etc please please please . Because doing core strengthening workouts is so much important to prevent the disc and spine from further damage

I'M DOING UPDATES EVERY 3 DAYS UNTIL THE END OF THE CORONAVACATION
Day 1: waist is 27 inches, workout difficult and my abs hurt
Day 2: workout a bit less difficult
Day 3: My technique of doing the exercise has improved and I feel a lot less heavy I don't know why
I am now starting to do more workouts from home since we are on lockdown. I am a mother of 4 and I would love to fit my Jean's again and fill them out properly.
I’ve been doing this for 3 Days now, and I went from day 1 doing 60 hip raises to Day 3 doing 75!!!! I’m trying to eat a bit healthier as well so I will update you when I get to day 6! Keep going guys you got this!!!! 🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍⏳⏳⏳

Current waist measurement (6/12) : 29 in.
Day 1 (6/12) = Did three sets today!
Day 2 (7/12) = Done 3 sets!
Day 3 (8/12) = Done 3 sets!
Day 4 (9/12) = Done 3 sets! But unfortunately I got yoga mat burns on my elbow :( Gotta tone down the planks a bit
Day 5 (12/12) - I skipped 2 days so I doubled the sets today. Did it 6 sets! But I could feel my waist getting smaller and have been getting compliments from my office colleagues
Day 6 (13/12) - Did 4 sets! Measured my waist and it's already at 28 inch! I feel smaller

Honest to goodness this is the first workout I EVER found by you, and I used to do it in the back of a tanning salon I worked at. I saw results super fast!! I just hate scrolling to look for it! Shawna Marie if u lose the workout, u can save it to a playlist on CZcams or make a new one and name it and personalize the playlist and then just go to that playlist every time u wanna workout. :))

Does anyone else have this too? When I do the plank twist my back cracks like a crazy person, like i'm gonna break my back you know? Crazy, it doesn't hurt tho. Happy for that. Also this workout gave me such a fast difference in my waist!!! I started with my waist that was 72 cm, and at day 4 it was 68 cm!! So happy with that result. I'm also doing a leg work out from emi wong at the same time. Yesterday i took a break from the work out, because i had so much pain in my muscles so yeah that's that. But i'm back now! 3x the work out everyday. Hopefully i'll be more confident after this :) Good luck everyone!

for self motivation ill be updating! day 1: i was using the old video, and i found this AFTER i did it so my form wasnt the best 💀 but i did it along w 20 min of cardio and another arm workout by gabriella whited. it wasnt thattt bad but i was catching my breath every little bit. day 2: i worked on my form a lot more and it was definitely a bit more challenging than yesterday. i did that and ran a mile and im sweatinggg, feels good though 😌 day 3: definitely tired,, no results obviously. ran a mile today. be back tmr 😳 day 4: no changes. ran another mile. might add more wo or exercises idk day 5: i was really lacking today, i did it all but lazily and slower than usual. ik tired lmao
