      I feel like people just become lazier and lazier haha we have the ability to fast-forward the video to get to what we wanna watch and if they choose to watch your videos they should find a way to make it work for them. it takes a few seconds to skip the talking and get to the workout if they don’t wanna hear the explanation of the exercises either

    I’m on winter break and if I don’t look like a model when I go back to school I’ll be disappointed update: i ended up losing an inch or a half off my waist. i’m not sure if it’s bc i fixed my diet and start working out atleast 10-20 minutes each day.

    I’ll be doing this in Vicki’s tiny waist workout plus Chloe Ting’s abs workout for 21 days starting today! Each week I’ll update! Can someone like this so I can find it?
    Week 1: Bust ‘39, waist ‘40, and Butt ‘39
    Week 2: Bust ‘40, waist ‘37, butt ‘41 😭👏
    I’m going to keep doing this until my Natural hourglass figure shows under my fat! See y’all on the 30th!

    Hey guys, just a quick update: October 2019: Hello again! I’ve added this to Chloe Tings Summer Shrek and Hourglass and HIIT on the elliptical for 15-20 and my new measurements are 40’ butt 29’ waist and 41’ bust!
    July 2020 Update
    Bust 39’
    Waist 27’
    Butt/Hips 41’
    Routine: Workout for 40 minutes five days a week, 3 of those five days I do HIIT off some kind. I do a workout split of weight training and cardio.
    Muscle groups: Butt, upper body, lower body, abs
    Thank you for support and I’ll keep answering questions when I’m free! Vicky Justiz and Chloe Ting saved my life.
    And yes, my ex did ask to get back together 😌👌🏽✨ I left him on read.

    I'll be trying this stomach vacuums for a month!
    BEFORE measurements (empty stomach):
    waist: 26.7"
    tummy: 29.5" (belly button) / 32.5 (lower belly)
    WEEK 1 (May 3-9): DONE! 30 secs x 3 for 3 sets
    • day 1: done!! did 3 sets today! maybe I'll do this for a week!
    • day 2: done!!
    - did 2 sets this morning while on empty stomach
    - did 1 set before bed
    • day 3: done!
    - finished 2 sets on an empty stomach
    - did the last set before midnight lol
    • day 4: done!!
    - did 3 sets first thing in the morning
    - I also did vicky's lower ab + small waist workout which included stomach vacuums
    • day 5: done
    - did 2 sets in the morning
    - finished the last set for today
    • day 6: done
    - did 2 sets in the morning!
    - finished the last set!
    • day 7: done
    - did 2 sets again in the morning
    - did the last set
    WEEK 2: (May 10-16) 1 MIN x 3 reps for 3 sets

    - it was kinda hard since it was for a minute

    Okay so, I really did not commit to stomach vacuums. Instead, I did intermittent fasting! My waistline is now 24" and 25" when I'm full (fluctuations are normal, y'all!)
    So yeah, long story short, I achieved my goal waistline and weight of 50kg!

    I lost 15 inches off my natural waist went from 42 inches to 27 inches very quickly hhis was one of my main exercises I did religiously every day before and after rowing And I still do it now and people are stunned at how tiny my waist is the transverse is so neglected and underrated but it’s a magical place for me and posture learning how to stand properly can change peoples bodies instantly

    I’ve been doing this for the past 3 days. I looked in the mirror and literally said out loud, “holy shit”. Is it normal to see results this quick? Ive been eating healthy and doing cardio for about a month now and I incorporated this into my routine a few days ago and I feel like I have that hourglass shape coming in. Can’t believe this simple exercise has given me results already. Imagine doing this for several weeks... thank you so much for sharing this exercise with us. I highly recommend everyone to do this.       Annie McQuesten I also do Vicky’s side booty video every other day, which makes your waist look smaller than it already is. This combined with the stomach vacuums are great! Cardio keeps my tummy fat off. You’ll still see results just by doing the stomach vacuums. It all depends on your body goals.

      It does work, but how she is doing is actually wrong, a stomach vaccum actually goes all the way in to a point where you can clearly see the ridges of your ribs. Watch Shelly Darlingtons video and you'll see the right way to do it

I used to watch one fitness CZcamsr religiously but she has become so famous now and has sold out so badly and all she does now is blog and advertise all her own stuff.. it’s not even about helping people get in shape anymore and I couldn’t stand it anymore.       @@laylabaker2064 you have to do this everyday, 3 times in a row, how this works is that your muscles get so used to it that it sucks it in well until you waist can go in and gives you the hourglass body

    because i’ll be in the house for 4 more weeks in quarantine, i’m gonna do these everyday and update this every 2 days. BTW this is stomach vacuums + her small waist workouts at least 2-3 times a day.
    day 1: waist- 28’
    day 3: waist- 27’
    (i’m sorry i forgot to record day 5)
    day 7: waist - 26’
    day 15: waist- 25.5

      @@07alamthahmina i tried to eat as much protein as possible and implemented portion control. my diet wasn’t junky before so i would say i eat pretty clean now. it was definitely a change in what i would eat (i went from eating way to much pasta for lunch to 3 protein pancakes and being fuller faster). hope this helps!

    Ok so I’m gonna do this for 1 week and edit this with results every few days.
    Day 1: waist - 25 inches
    Day 3: I’ve noticed that my stomach looks flatter than it did before. Measurements are 24.5 inches. I’m holding them for 10 seconds though cos it honestly so hard😂

    Incredible but seems to be working with me! I've been doing this exercise for a couple of weeks now and my waist has definitely become smaller! It was around 66 cm and now it's 63 cm. I couldn't have reached such a result for years because my waistline had changed a lot after my pregnancy. It's so amazing! This exercise has become a part of my daily routine now. Of course I do a lot of other abs workouts as well. Thanks a lot Vicky!

    Honestly I'm SO GLAD I found this, it's easier to start out with instead of the other ones I've seen- they're probably more effective but for beginners it's most definitely isn't easy, so this is great in my opinion.

    I did just one and my muscles did tighten up a bit. They are tender, but it won’t kill you. I think we go through worse pain monthly. Thanks for sharing AGAIN. 😍

    This workout works!. I'm on the journey of weight gain and have a small waist however I do the vacuum as much as I can a day and while I'm gaining weight I maintain my small waist.

    I was the same as you!!! looking at videos trying to get a tiny waist for summer and I kinda had my doubts but am like eh It don’t hurt to try and OMG!!! This shit works!!! I noticed my stomach going down in 2 days!!! I kept doing it every day and when I had time even laying down when am on my phone am telling you girls this shit is crazy!!!       Well I would do it every day honestly it was a little difficult the first day... I did it when I woke up then like lunch time then before bed but it’s up to you how comfortable you feel on doing it.

    Thank you so much Vicky, I've been binge watching all your videos, you're so amazing. The vacuums work! I lost and inch in my waist after 1 week. Also, for all the haters, guess what?? You don't have to watch her videos. And for everyone talking about how you pay her bills after complaining about how she talked for, wow a whole minute about a product, tHaTs hEr sPoNsOr. She needs to pay bills too. And she has a real job. This is a real job, and it kills me how the same people who say this are either children who can't have jobs yet, or are just not happy with there's or still go on to do her exersises and heeding her advice anyways. She gives us hours upon hours of amazing informative content that we get to watch FOR FREE, and it's sad that some of you guys are so ignorant and entitled. Can someone truly appreciate that she actually knows what's going on in our body and knows the science instead of ranting on about random crap that she thinks works like some others. Imagine being so sad with your life, you have to hate on others and troll on CZcams. Find a better hobby and gain some self-esteem. You don't have to be a jackass, or watch her videos. She has plenty of followers who love her and her videos :)

    Hey! I did this workout every day with reps of 30 seconds 4 times, some days 3 times, and after 2 and a half weeks my waist has gone from 25 1/4 to 24!! I definitely recommend this highly effective but quick and easy workout

    Guys try doing this while walking or going up the stairs, just tighten your stomach and it’ll be a big difference .

    I did this for a week straight before. I never measured my waist but my stomach was definitely flatter and my lover handles shrunk.

    This exercise helped me alot post partum. I watched earlier in one of your older videos and tried it. I lost 90% of the post partum gut and 3 inches of my waist in less than 2 weeks. Been doing it like its a reflex every now and then and i just love how tight? (fpr lack of a better word) my abdomen has become

      @@janedoe5749 About 2-3 months, not quite sure. I had a very complicated delivery so it took me a slightly longer time to heal. I think you can do it as soon as the belly soreness is over. I did it everytime it came to mind, didnt quite have a routine.

    Week 1: 144 lbs waist: 29"
    ( I also want to note that I started working out at the start of quarantine and dropped from 160 lbs to 144 lbs till now! sending all the encouragement to everyone trying to get healthier and fit. you can do it and just give it some time and effort!)

    Im going to do 5 vacuums a day (20s each) for a week, and in the end of the 7th day i will say my final results.
    Waist
    BEFORE: 73cm

    Update: okay its been a month and i didnt update, i’m so sorry 😐
    I did it in the first week and it didn’t work (have to admit that i gave up so early)
    Im going to try it again and this time IM FREAKING SERIOUS ABOUT THIS. Les go! (Btw, i will be going to the gym 3 days a week to do tonification and zumba, also i’m doing a diet were i ate less and more healthy) i really want to lose weight.
    Week 1:COMPLETED✅
    I don’t see results after this week so i will do it 2 more weeks.

    So during the Leslie Sansome Walk At Home videos, she always tells you "belly button to the spine", basically, "suck in." And I did do that when I did her videos so when you explained it, I thought "oh piece of cake, I've done this before." But when I followed your example and really focused on that one rep with you... HOLY SMOKES. I felt it so deep, like really in my sides, strangely. Like, I've never felt those muscles being used before! Definitely gonna start incorporating a few of these into my workout days either pre or post (or both!). Can't hurt, and from what I'm seeing and feeling after just one, it really helps!
