Saurabh Sirji Absolutely Fantastic video consistent yoga make a routine like brushing your teeth as you said water intake 2 to 3 litre sleep that to timely like 9 pm to 5 am Diet the most important thing and make a habit for lifelong when i started yoga under sir 370 days back my not only tummy fat but overall fat was very high and i was feeling lazy now almost all fats has gone including 50 percentage of tummy fat and feeling so fresh and energetic my goal is to reduce remaining fat it may take 6 more months but dtermine to do and than continue yoga for life long at present also i feeling fresh and energetic after doing yoga follow sirs yoga and video you need a will power ultimately in later life health is very important Thanks
