      @@yobcastle7859 The multiplier for maintenance calories after finding the BMR is one small step. But he's not incorrect. He said that BMR is the number of calories he'll burn even if he does nothing. Though nutrition science is a vast field, he's done a fine job in this short video.

    I like how he makes certain comments such as recommending people to not bargain with the street vendors buying groceries, instead save the money spent on fast food.       Just follow the basics if you can't follow all the diets etc cut down on sugar sweet biscuits chocolates bakery etc and eat apples regularly.
