      I’m doing intermittent fasting from last 5years and what I learned is ……Jab Ap sham ko dinner krte h tab proper dinner kre….kch bhi thoda sa kha lia bas ho gya Aesa na kre……eat properly dal rice sbji roti salad and later if you are hungry eat any fruit or Makhana ya peanuts salad for few days annd eat just little amount. When you feel hungry, don’t make this routine and reduce it by drinking water green tea or chamomile tea it will help you relax.
