    I just wanna say that I used to LOVE your videos when I was younger I would always follow the workouts and I just remembered you and going to start up again!!! Your workouts are my fav and so effective because I used to have a booty from them😭need it back!!!

    I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Fibromyalgia, levoscoliosis, arthritis in my lower back, & some other stuff.. my energy gets zapped fast, & even when I do have some energy, my ADHD makes it hard to focus/ plan how to use the time I do have constructively .
    This is the first time in a while that I didnt procrastinate..I just did it. (Im sure my form wasn't great but it will get better the more I do it)
    thank you for this- It made me feel good to do it - also was cool to beat my usual "do it in half an hour" thing,
    ..which really means it likely won't get done at all . This was great.

    That last one with the fire hydrant was intense my but feels instantly bigger too. I had a baby 6 months ago and am trying to get back to working out. I have lost a lot of weight but it still hangs

    This was me today where I didn’t feel like doing an exercise 😂 but will these exercise help grow glutes or just burn them? I also love when you tell us how to do an exercise.

      It depends on how much it challenges you! Your glutes can def grow especially with the first few workouts

    Girl where are the weights? I changed my body/booty big time with a dumbbell on the ankle strap - I like it better than the ankle weight. Thanks for the video!

      Not necessarily, you just need to challenge your muscles, and u can also get that with lots of reps and light weight (or no weight at all), or lots of weight and low amount of reps, this is a great option for when u wanna keep ur glutes awake too ❤
