These are great exercises to target the lower part of your abs and help define your midsection. These exercises do not burn the fat for you or magically give you a tiny waist - you need cardio and a proper diet to do that. I did this for 2 months and I didn’t follow a diet I just didn’t eat fast food and I didn’t eat after 6:30
I did this 3-5 times a week and my lower belly changed ALOT,, now that i took 1-2 weeks off from exercise i lost my defined almost flat tummy but this workout actually does help,,

I am 17 and have always been chubby ( I’m 5”3. And usually between the 190’s). Actually seeing some feeling the pain with me through out the workouts and telling me to keep going is amazing because it makes me feel like NORMAL person is doing it with me and not someone who is unfazed by a workout I’ve been doing a few videos on your stomach workouts and walking a mile an a half a day and I’ve already lost 5 pounds in 9 days!!!!! (I’ve never lost that much ever ?!) so thank you 🙏🏼💕💕💕💕

I love your workouts. I don't wanna spend bunch of money on a gym membership, I hate working out around other people. These are perfect. Been doing some of your workouts for about 3 weeks now, and holy! I've never seen so much muscle on my body before.
How long did it take to see results
That depends on a lot of things. If you just do the exercises exlusively without changing your diet and overall lifestyle, it will probably take a while to actually see results. Before I started working out, I ate crap. I drank pop all the time, I ate fast food, chips, cookies, all that good stuff :P But now, I never drink pop, not even during the weekends. I eat clean, I cook myself, and I make sure I get all the nutrients I need to build muscle. I didn't exercise at all before I started this, and since my body didn't have any defined muscle beforehand, I noticed change quite fast. 2-3 weeks maybe? But I don't really care about how visible the results are, I care more about how much stronger I feel. And for me, that is what I aim for. I wanna get stronger =)

Hi kaersika same here but that's why they pay the trainers in most gyms to teach you how to use the machines.
some gyms offer orientations. Try to find out if your gym does as well
I’m sure most gyms will show u how to use the machines for FREE. It their responsibility and safety. Or ask a trainer to do a initial session which is usually is free because u want to see if ur comfortable w the trainer, and their training style.
My gym shows me at no charge.

Oh! And thank you so much for sharing your workouts with us, I do them daily and have been seeing more and more muscle definition. I’m also on a healthy plant based diet and that has been great for the weightloss part.
I LOVE these work out that don't require me to use my back/neck as much as I have degenerative spine disease arthritis and scoliosis and crunches etc are so hard for me...so thank you for showing other work outs !!!

Great Value right ?? I have fibromyalgia too and even before my back got worse the crunches were always the most difficult ! the bicycle one or side to side or some others are way easier on my back yet effective ! it still works out the back too just not as much pressure.
I agree!!! I have scoliosis too and a lot of things are hard on my shoulders/neck!! Ab workouts don't hurt as much for me, but back and shoulder ones do tend to hurt a little bit!! So happy with her!

Weight loss is not my goal, as I had lost 40 lbs in the past year due to changes in my diet, before I even started watching these videos.
My goal in following these excercises is to tone up, and increase strength, and flexibility. I have only been doing these excercises for a very short time, but I have noticed a small increase in muscle tone and flexibility.

I eat the same. The only different is that i eat less sweet but i still eat them haha..it's hard to say NO to chocolate. But i exercise 4-5 days a week. I do 2 of her workouts videos everytime i workout. So i do 5 minutes warmup and around 20 minutes Vicky's workouts.

Day 1: I was only able to do it twice, and I'm dying. 🙃
Day2: I woke up today and my belly pouch is almost invisible 😮😮🤩🤩 I only managed to do it once, I also did the 5 minutes smaller waist workout by vicky💪🔥🔥
Day 3: I finished all 3 circuits And MY ABS HURT SO GOOOOOOD😣😆😆
Day 4: I took a rest today😌 note : Muscles need rest.
Day 5: leg raises can't seem to get any easier 🥺😂😂, I only did it twice + 500 fire hydrants by vicky.
Day 6: I managed to do it twice +round booty 🍑workout by vicky justiz, to day it was easier than before but it's still hard 😅😅🤣🤣🤣 BTW my belly pooch is almost gone like probably another week and it will fade away completely 🥳🥳💯
Day 7 I didn't have time so I skipped it
Day 8: I focused more on the booty so I only did it once. 😅
Day 9: I didnt do this 🤣🤣, I did smaller waist and lower belly workout by vicky. Also I did some booty workouts.

I wish I can snap my fingers and have your body overnight. Ugh. Lol. I gain weight in my mid section and my legs are slim and my arms are slim. My butt is chubby ( my jiggly puff☺️) Lol but I want my mid section to match. It’s not fat. If still looks flat in a dress but I Just know it could be tighter . So this ab video is perfect. I like your “at home “ videos because it’s private and not intimidating and you can focus on what your doing without the distractions. so thanks Vicky!! You’re the best!!

heli 22 I didn't this workout a few times and I noticed that it worked really well if I did 10 - 20 minutes of HITT after. I have a 4 pack now and my lower abs are starting to get defined. Try it

Garima Mukherjee I do as well...dont let that stop you. I take my inhaler 10 mins before then I do weight training. And I do hiit heavy bag and sprints

Garima Mukherjee I'm asthmatic aswell and I wished there were friendly asthma exercises but there's not really. The only way to achieve this is to keep exercising even if its bad. Honestly the only way I got better at fitness and reduce the pain and exasperation is to keep practicing, take some lung exercise (you can find some online) it sounds about vague but you just have to keep doing it until it gets easier. Trust me, I wish I could rely on my inhaler for everything but it can't really do much else except reduce the intensity of your heart rate. So just keep doing exercise, it really will help. I struggled with it for years and now I can go on a run without gasping for air like my life depended on it!
I have asthma too. Just use your inhaler before you workout, you should be fine its not like we’re doing full on cardio.

It’s normal, when you push really hard or it’s just too much for you because your abs hurt. Eating or not eating isn’t gonna change anything
Maybe you're not breathing correctly. Make sure you keep your abs in place and exhale when it's difficult/tough

wish you mentioned how you have to not let your pelvis go into anterior tilt or these exercises won’t do much
for those wondering, you should basically make your lower back flat on the ground without a gap and never lose this position during the exercises, which is done by forcefully tilting your pelvis and tensing your abs. this is the basic function of ab muscles. if you let the tension go and a gap forms between your lower back and the floor you are not working your abs effectively.
someone just asked me to explain but maybe deleted the comment after, hence the explanation
even by doing what you said theres still a gap between my back and the ground, and it kinda hurts too.
For example in the last workout there will be this gap if i lower my legs a little.
I looked up how to engage the core and im trying to do it, but theres still a gap and its hurting my back too...
that’s because that exercise is pretty advanced and really difficult to do properly especially after tiring your abs out. you should progress into doing it in a few weeks if you can’t hold the position now. the first exercise and reverse crunches are good choices for progression.
never push through a back pain, you may hurt yourself as I did many times.

I started doing this yesterday two times and I just did this two times today. I will keep at it and hopefully in a couple of weeks, I will see results. I'm also doing another ab workout as well.
Edit: I started working out almost a month ago and my belly has changed. This work out helps but not as much as I wanted it too. I do this two times a day 3 days of the week. So in total I did this 6 times a week. I also started doing intense cardio and ab workout about a week and a half ago and I also do a easy 6 pack abs for beginners. I'm going to stop doing this workout since I feel it's not doing that much for my lower belly. I had kids and all c-sections and I don't know if it will help. I actually started doing a intense lower ab work out a couple of days ago and that really is working for me. I just did it and my lower belly feels different already. Thanks. The workout helped somewhat but not enough.

Hi. I was doing this work out for about almost three weeks and then stopped. I saw some results, my pouch was getting smaller. I want to start again but I have to do them very early in the morning now and I don't have time in the morning so that's why I stopped. 😕

Super important for the leg lifts and lowers: make sure your lower back is pressed into the floor and not arched. Common mistake!
My back is too arched to stay on the ground
ok with the vacuum ( and i have watched both your videos on it ) I feel like I'm hardly sucking anything in AND it is hard to breath. I don't know what to do :(
Rayna Butler it isn't really sucking in its more contracting your muscles in your stomach it just looks like hour sucking in
