- Hey loves, this is Juliana. As requested, I'm finally dropping my workout routine!!! I started seeing changes on my belly after doing the workout for 1-2 weeks, without changing much of my food choices. (I did STOP binge-eating tho!! My original diet varies a lot, ranging from varieties of junk food to fruits, the hardest thing that I found was controlling the amount of my food intake. I was really bloated from non-stop eating, as you can see on the left).
After a week of pushing myself daily tho, my urge of eating (excessively) reduced SO MUCH every time after working out somehow (it's probably sth psychological, my mind is telling me not to let all those effort go wasted haha), I am NOW trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle and diet, might as well show u guys the result soon!!
I also became much more active daily because working out has made me more energetic xd

day 1 : did it.. literally died but I did it!
day 2 : did it, and I HATE side planks..
day 3: did it twice with my cousin, and I still hate side planks...
day 4: did it with my cousin again, side planks are getting easier but I find the plank side to side hard..
day 5: did it, i find side planks way easier! still struggle w the side to side plank thing..
day 6: somewhat did it, had period cramps but i tried to do my best!
day 7: I did it, but I think the day I had off made me get rusty.. i ate a bit more snacks than I was supposed to but its fine!
day 8: did it! i was way more tired than the first 5 days though.. i see improvements in my waist and don’t bloat when i eat! (i do just barely noticeable)
day 9: I did it! I'm getting used to it again, I don't like how my body looks but it might just be my bloating from my period lol
day 10: I did it, for some reason I was extra tired though..
day 11: i didn’t do it since i was super tired.. but i walked a lot today! tomorrow i promise ill do it and tysm for everyone who’s been supporting me with this! i’m gonna keep doing this for a month instead of two weeks now!
day 12: I did it, finally getting more motivated to do it now! I really struggle with the plank hip dips and the plank at the end, have a bit of a hard time with spider-man plank as well.
day 13: I didn’t do it since i slept for like the whole day.. i promise im gonna do it more often!!
day 14: I did it, Ive been eating more snacks than usual so I'm gonna try and stop that and eat healthier and at the right times!

To everyone who’s doing the same: A tip for u, don’t overdo and don’t overwhelm yourself, if you feel like u can’t really do it or you feel like you need a break - rest. Trust me, it’s better than having your body hurt because of overdoing it too much ! Good luck !

✅Day 1 - Complete✨ I did this exercise before but gave up the next day LOLL but this time I did a quick warm up unlike before. I also wasnt rushing myself and I paused the video when I couldnt handle it anymore.
✅Day 2 - Complete✨ My abs burned more than it did yesterday and I was sweating so so much. It got a bit easier and i managed to finish much faster than yesterday.
✅Day 3 - Complete✨ I managed to finish even faster than yesterday!! 🙌🙌 I ate a little bit more of my calorie goal but its okkk. I already notice a little bit of difference but not much, but still im so happy im making progress! :D

Day 1: ✅ felt the burn bcs its been forever since I’ve worked out
Day 2: ✅ my belly and hips hurt so bad from yesterday it was so much harder i was barely able to do 20 secs of each one
Day 3: ❌ i was too exhausted I accidentally fell asleep so i couldnt do it
Day 4: ✅ my legs hurt so bad all day i couldnt walk straight! I had trouble doing exercises associated with legs
Day 5: ✅ it was a lot easier but i still couldnt do the legs raising exercises
Day 6: ✅ finally i can do most exercises without skipping for too long!!
Day 7: ❌ rest day!!
Day 8: ✅ it was harder now shouldn’t have rested 😭 i couldnt do the legs exercises again

Hello everyone I started this workout on 15th April and now I have finished all 15 days and I want to give an honest opinion.
I am 162cm/5'3" and 50 kgs. I have a lean appearance so this workout definitely showed results from the first day for me but it may not for all depending on your body fat percentage despite that I had some stomach fat that I wanted to get leaner so I started this workout. From the beginning it was really difficult tbh even on the 15th day I still hate this but still love it 😭. The first few days I was definitely sore and I had some pain in my stomach while getting up, then after around 4-5 days I didn't get the pain. I saw results from the first day and they definitely look really defined for the first time. I want to note that I did this everyday only once and I definitely took breaks in between the side planks and the planks around 1-2 minutes and sometimes 5 second breaks too because it was too much for me and I was out of breath. I'm not an athletic person and this was my first time working out like this. I did not get very noticeable results and I even got my period in the end but I noticed that my bloating was almost gone and I didn't have much cramps also. While this didn't give me very defined abs, it definitely made me feel much stronger. I had defined forearm muscles and I could run faster and not get tired so this is definitely a must try if you want to feel stronger and be more athletic. Overall if you have a body type like me you can expect to see definition in the upper stomach area and some line abs however they aren't as noticeable as hers ofc. Please make sure to increase your protein intake and drinks lots of water while doing this workout as it definitely burns a lot of fat and makes you more hungry. It is okay to take breaks if you are really tired and not feeling like working out I did too and I still got similar results. Lastly please take care of your mental health and let's all get healthy and be happy guys

@@erukkidesu just because you want to lose weight or tone your body doesn't mean you need to give up the food you love!! All you need to do is eat moderately and if you WANT, then you can slowly, slowly, s l o w l y quit junk food. Don't try and quit it all at once or you will just end up messing ur diet up again and going back to how you were. (I speak from experience)
Also, if you want you can replace some of your favourite snacks with healthy versions of snacks that are still DELICIOUS! there are loads of amazing healthy recipes on CZcams and TikTok for you to try.

I’m starting this exercise at 15 years old, weight 112, height 5’1. Goal is to continue until I start high school because sitting in front of a computer staring at chemistry and world history isn’t good for my body and physical form
Day 1: Skipped number 9, multiple ten second pauses in between (I have no athletic or physical endurance okay I study like 40 hours a day). Zero stamina, my abdominals hurt so much. Pause interval 3 to 4 secs in the middle of every exercise, after number 8 a two minute pause trying to stay alive.
Day 2: Didn't skip any, paused two or three seconds between each exercise, made it to the end. Not excessively sore but a but unsustainable at places.
Day 3: completed exercise, less breaks in between. Completed most with less strain than the first day, I consider that a win.
Day 4: Did not complete due to injury, will return tomorrow.

DAY1:✅the side planks literally took me out I was fighting for my life and I couldn’t do it for 45sec so let’s see if I’ll do better tomorrow
DAY2:✅ Okay so I just finished doing all of my workouts including this one and let me tell you I‘M SWEATING. My "abs"kind of hurt from the previous day but the pain is not too bad. The side planks are still taking me out I can only hold them for about 15-20 seconds but atleast I’m trying.
DAY3:✅Okay so i did the workout twice today and it wasn’t as hard as it was on the first day which is fun. I woke up less bloated than usual but my muscles are kind of sore. Also the side planks are kind of getting easier since i was able to hold them for 25 seconds each today.
DAY4:✅ I felt so unmotivated today but I did it anyway and the side planks literally take me out every single time I have never struggled with an exercise as much as I struggle with the side planks.
DAY5:✅I felt unmotivated again but I pushed through my workouts anyway cause I don’t wanna give up now since I’m already on day 5.
DAY6:✅ I did it twice today and let me tell you the side planks are not getting easier for me but other exercises are.
DAY7:✅ We‘re finally at day 7 and let me tell you the side planks were A LOT easier today for no reason. Anyways let me tell you about my results after a whole week of doing this workout( and other workouts ) so I already have a hourglass but it’s more defined now and I’m slowly getting lines at the side of my stomach( ABS IN COMING ??😋) anyways i‘am definitely less bloated than before and the workout got a lot easier.
I just decided that i would continue doing this workout for 3 weeks just cause im feeling like looking snatched for my birthday in May.

@@jesusislord918 honestly i think it’s because of genetics and from how much carbs i eat lmao😭 i do leg exercises every now and then but i’m really not that active so idk why or how they keep growing so much. i can send you the link of the leg exercises i’ve been doing recently if you want but just keep in mind that you might gain muscle or maybe even lose fat, everyone’s body doesn’t react the same yk. if you don’t mind your thighs getting bigger because of muscle definition or whatever it’s called then i think eating more carbs, protein and not skipping leg day could help, but don’t quote me on that or anything lmao i’m still just a young, growing person😭 hope i helped though

Day 1 (23rd of may): ❌ ok this pretty much doesnt count as doing it cus this killed me so badly i literally had to pause like every other minute and i didnt even do all of them😭 to be fair i tried it at like 1 am after a pretty tiresome day.. but still.. insanely dissapointing for me lololl. goal is to do better tomorrow.
Day 2: ✅ id say i passed today hahaha.. i decided to put some boundaries to stop myself from cheating 😭 today i went with only letting myself pause and take a break for like a min or two BUT that i have to finish a whole 45 sec exercise... even so i got really sweaty and it was really hard! i barely did it. my feet are really hard to keep up at many points of this when they have to move.. was hard to force myself to finish☠️ wouldnt say i notice any changes yet (which makes sense cus im struggling to do pretty much anything.) luckily im the type of person to gain muscle fast so im sure ill be able to pick up the pace very soon. waist flexing = ca. 74 cm (checked at night)
Day 3 (26th of may): ✅ today was def easier! only had to pause like 5 times so i could have some longer breaks (like 10-20 more seconds so its def an improvement). my arms def hurt a lot tho and im catching myself slack a bit the last 5 seconds at some moments😭 esp at the last plank (i locked my head into my arms which ruined the burn ;//) if i didnt id probably tho die HAJAJAJJ. waist flexing = 73 cm (at night) / not flexing = 78 cm. not that much change and i still feel the burn from yesterday!
Day 4: morning 77cm not flexing 73cm flexing! ❌ break day (also cus i was lazy)

Just remember that wherever you stopped at is how many minutes you wasn’t on the couch or bed feeling sorry for yourself and you actually tried to better yourself further.

Day 2: ✅Done! I’m so sore from yesterday but I pushed through it, did 15 seconds of the last one!
Day 3: ✅Done! I had to skip like 3 days because my sister passed her fever onto me 😭 I’m back though! Did 25 seconds of the last one!
Day 4: ✅Done! I FINALLY COMPLETED ALL OF THE LAST ONE! 🎉 (I was shaking so bad) sore from yesterday
Day 5: ✅Done! I actually did both of the sideways planks this time! Extra sweaty today for some reason lol
Day 6: ✅Done! So weak 😭😭 I’ll check my measurements on day 10
Day 7: ✅Done! My weight went down to 122.6lbs but went up again after I ate lol
Day 8: ✅Done! My arms are so weak

I saw my 9 year old sister doing this and I felt so bad little girls aren't supposed to feel like they need to work out that young I just felt horrible how much she's going through.

I am only 13 before when i started working out because my family wants me to be fit so badly so i tried my best
I remember my mom forced me to do situps when I was barely in primary school... Kids don't deserve that.
