@@kenzyrefaie9239 no i did this workout and April Tiberc’s everyday ab workout for two weeks every day. i still do it if i slack off for a couple of days i usually do the Daisy keech “Do this 3 times and week abs” it’s really good for when you slack off it gives u amazing results.
@@qqaz6421 i only did it one time a day at night and no i did this workout with April Tiberc’s every day ab routine. If I ever stopped working out I would also do the daisy Keech “ Do this 3 times a week” ab video it would give me very fast results after slacking off for a couple of days.
this is super effective! I've been doing this workout for a while and I've really noticed some big change, my core is a lot stronger and my abs are showing now. Also I've been doing some cardio with it, not too much though. So if you're reading comments to get some motivation, this is your sign

Tip: when doing bicycle crunches, bring your elbows to the top of your knees. Remember to do the bicycle crunches at a moderate pace, not too fast. You will feel the burn more doing this!

on day 4 rn and i’m so SO SO proud to say that the exercises are starting to get easier. today i could do 2/3 of the exercises i thought were the hardest to do without any breaks. i’m so happy to see progress. thank you!🤍

Waist before:68cm Height:170cm Weight:54kg Day one: the pain was real🤣 it’s my first time doing exercises so it was really hard, also I’m really excited because so many people say that is easier to have the 11 line abs if you can see your abs even that you carry fat in that area, and I’m like that so I’m really excited 1 month after Waist: 60cm Height:170cm Weight:51kg My abs are really pretty also my waist is smaller, I have a flat stomach and the exercise are now easier like it doesn’t burn like in the first week, I will continue doing the exercise see you!! 10 months after Height:170cm Weight: 45kg Waist: 54cm I keep doing this workout everyday but now feels like it’s a normal thing to my body, I also noticed that my life changed in a healthy way, I’m able to do things that I couldn’t do like run for hours etc, I’m really happy with the results of this workout, I’m really happy with my current body and I recommend everyone to do this workout, thank you to everyone that read this, see you or not
I tried all abs workout for years and this one is the best it gave me results so fast and actually lined up and toned my abs easily and everytime i come to give up i remind myself why i’m doing it and that time is going so fast and if i’m patient it will pass faster
@@shriyapari4325 ab workouts alone can't give u an hour glass shape unless you naturally have that structure, however if you pair it with thigh and glute workouts and shoulder/back workouts your waist will become more defined and the width of ur shoulders and thighs will balance out and make ur waist look smaller giving the hourglass illusion. well done for trying to better your health by working out, but make sure you know you are perfect as you are either way. keep grinding you've got this
@@nicole.truong school didn't fully end yet, exams did but I'll wait until whole done until I start again in exercising, currently I'm inconsistent, I was really inconsistent when there were exams. I tried apriltiberc ab workouts for fun as well, and yeah might as well bury myself lol. It hurt super bad. I experimented with some ab workouts on CZcams and idk, pain was a lot in both 😂 April one made sides like > < it surprised me cause I did one day, and yeah it was noticeable when I woke up, usually it doesn't go so inwards.

👌🏿I did this exercise about 3 months ago and today I have a flat stomach, so I highly recommend that you do these exercises and you will get great results.
@@sophiannguyenn The truth is that I did a diet for about a month and then I fried the amounts of meals to eat what I like but in smaller quantities and this worked and I lost some weight but I was doing this exercise twice and taking a break between the two exercises 👍

My upper abs(is that what you call it) is almost flat but the lower belly pooch is always there and that's why I always feel uncomfortable wearing low waist pants, shorts, etc. After almost 3 weeks of doing this exercise, my waist is now 23 inches, my upper abs is more toned than before and I can see the 11 abs peeking through and a few more weeks of workout I think it will be more visible. The lower belly pooch didn't change much. BUT I feel more stronger and I don't get tired easily compared to when I started.

I am going to be doing this for 2 weeks Day 1- ✅I did this exercise kinda close to midnight and this exercise is very challenging. I still made till the end I am very proud of myself Day 2 -✅ I can literally feel my abs burning so I feel like it working. I have also decided to eat once a day. I am not actually starving myself cause I actually feel satisfied and not hungry when I eat only once a day. I obviously have not lost any weight around my waist and my belly but I know that if I continue I will loose some weight soon!! ❤❤❤ Day 3- ✅I finally finished!! I was able to do majority of the exercise today without break!! I was also able to eat only once today. I feel like if I keep this up my body might look like hers. @@3nvyll Late reply but yes dieting is the most important part because you will see a difference if you go on a diet but if you don't then you won't see much of a change and it'll take you a while to get the results you want
Workout Journey! I’m 5.5” and weigh 110 pounds and want abs so bad! Day 1 - I’ve been doing her other abs workout for almost 2 weeks now and was feeling a little bit stronger today, so I found this video and decided to give it a try. Man this was tough, my abs never felt so painful. Day 2 - I DID IT! I can feel it’s a bit harder this time because I think I’m sore. I got really hot and felt the burn by the second workout, but this time I managed to last through the whole plank! Day 3 : I’m still sore but pushed through! I’m starting to see some line definition on my stomach but it’s probably because I’ve been doing her hourglass workout for two weeks now. Adding this 11 abs I think is finally helping it come into view better! Day 4 : My muscles feel a lot better today! I was sweating so much because it’s 40 degrees out here, super sunny and hot ☀️ Day 5 : I’m getting stronger so today tackling this workout was a bit easier! My waist is now 24 inches used to be 25. Day 6 : Finished! I did this workout twice because Tom I’m getting wisdom teeth pulled and can’t do exercise :((( I’m super scared but Ik I’ll be okay. UPDATE!!!! I got my wisdom teeth pulled so can’t workout for a week :( Dw I’ll be back as soon as I recover! Just 4 more days! 💪 Day 7 : it’s been a week since my wisdom teeth, so I’m back! I did the workout today and felt really strong, I guess my muscles needed a break to rest too! Lost some weight because of the soft food diet for teeth surgery, so I can’t wait to see results. Day 8 : did it! Went on a road trip! Will be back! Day 9 : I did it, and my body’s a lot more used to this now. I had no motivation and doing it became such a draining thing. I realized i was doing this for others not myself. If you notice its become mentally draining and you dread doing it then think " am I doing this for me? am I changing for me? do i need this right now or is it something i can work on later? is this the right time to do this or am i busy and stressed?" you are always enough and should never want to change for anyone except yourself. I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks and update this :) Important to note: I’m still doing online school so I don’t really leave my house meaning I’m not that active lol. But I’m doing 40 minute full body workouts along with this (I do “popsugar fitness” they’re on CZcams). I eat whatever I want I’m just gonna start doing smaller portions. Day 1: (28inches) this burned but I loved it✅ Day 2:done✅ Day 3:done✅ Day 4 done✅ Day 5: not done❌My body is retaining water from working out (happens all the time with me) and it gives me an illusion that I look big/swollen so I’m giving my muscles a rest day so I can “deflate” haha. I FINISHED SCHOOL TODAY THO! Day 6: done✅ Day 7: done ✅ update: I’m at 27.5 omg that’s more than I expected!! And I see some definition but not anything crazy since it’s only been a week. However I’ve decided to stop with the ab workout because I want to focus on doing longer full body workouts. But I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO THIS! Good luck everyone 🤍

Comenzaré esta rutina el día de hoy y subiré mis avances! Día 1 : Se me dificultaron los ejercicios y algunos los realicé menos tiempo , aun así estoy muy satisfecha por poder cumplir con este día! Día 2 : Realicé los ejercicios y me sentí más ligera , me costaron todavía un poco de trabajo pero logré finalizarlos , aun no veo resultados muy notorios pero los seguiré realizando. Día 3 : Realicé los ejercicios y se me facilitaron un poco más, considero que mi estomago se ha reducido una mínima parte y me siento super ligera , recuerden que los resultados no son inmediatos , pero con perseverancia es posible ! 💪 Día 4 : Realicé los ejercicios con más facilidad y rapidez , veo una leve disminución en mi abdomen y ya no cuesta tanto trabajo hacer los ejercicios , me siento super ligera y con mucha energía! !! No se rindan Día 5 : Los ejercicios fueron con más constancia , rapidez y habilidad , veo una leve disminución y mi abdomen se ha comenzado a marcar levemente , por que recuerden que los resultados NO SON INMEDIATOS , entonces hay que dar nuestro mejor esfuerzo Día 6 : Realicé los ejercicios de una manera más rápida y eficiente , ya no se me dificultan tanto y si he visto cambios , aún no TAN notorios pero si hay , ya tengo más confianza de usar playeras ajustadas ! Si se puede 💪🏻 Día 7/8/9 : Ahora realizó los ejercicios con más rapidez y menos esfuerzo , por ello vi una disminución LEVE y notoria en mi abdomen , además que ya no me siento tan adolorida al culminar los ejercicios Día 10/11/12: Realicé los ejercicios con más facilidad y noto ya un cambio más definido en mi abdomen, si veo resultados pero considero que es necesario realizar los ejercicios por más tiempo para ver mejores resultados, por eso seguiré actualizando mis avances , tal vez no con tanta frecuencia pero si seguirán apareciendo !!! , saludos y no se den por el vencid@s ❤ 💪 ...... i will be doing this for 2 weeks and I'll update everyday! 💌d1: I haven't been working out for quite a long time so the first day was awfully hard to finish. my abs area burnt sooo bad. 💌d2: i woke up and immediately felt the pain in my abs. today was easier but the pain was so strong. and i decided not to eat junk foods in this process. also i drank smm waterrr! 💌d3: today was sooo much more easier and most of the pain in my stomach is gone. also maybe it's me being too paranoid but i see slight changes in my abs area! it's so motivating!!!
doing this workout for two weeks. well see how i feel about days off so i’ll keep track so far. yesterday was when i started so i’ll go from there. day 1- ✅did it! could get thru most of workout with little breaks here n there. day 2- ✅completed it! felt sore from yesterday so took a little bit more breaks. i’m so sore on my belly but i’m pushing thru! day 3- ❌yesterday i didn’t do anything so i considered it a recovery day (just want to add i do weighted workouts along with this so that’s also why i didn’t do any- i was recovering my other muscles as well :)) day 4- ✅did it! was burning so much. i usually don’t struggle but today i was and couldn’t do the up and down planks fully cuz my arms still were a bit sore! but that’s okay! i did as much as i could! day 5- ✅i usually always finish to the end and i did, just struggled a lot and my abs HURT!!! but i pushed thru the best i could! day 6- ✅did it! i had some spicy chicken today for dinner so it really made the workout harder cuz my stomach was burning like extra so like yea.(also i’ve done her hourglass workout before and that ones harder then this one is so my results aren’t as quick as i want them to be) day 7- ✅yesterday i forgot to update but i did do it! the up and down planks are still killing my arms so those for sure are my weakest points but i’ll try to get better at them! day 8- ✅did it today too! had spicy chicken again for dinner so my stomach kinda burned lmfao. but, i feel like i’m hitting a plato (don’t know how to spell that sorry) becuz before this workout i did her hourglass one and this one isn’t as difficult so i maybe gaining more then i’m losing or not losing anything at all becuz my waist and stomach are still not to where i hoped they would be. but my limit is one abs workout. day 9- ✅ completed it! my abs still hurt from yesterday but my guilt would have been so overwhelming so i put aside my pain and did the workout. i do see a little bit more improvement from yesterday but my fat fluctuates like a lot so well see. day 10- ✅ it’s getting so hard to do these every day cuz my stomach muscles r in pain like halfway thru the workouts but i’m pushing thru doing as much as i can. that’s all i can do and i do see a bit of difference! cant wait to get even more skinny. day 11- ✅ phew these are getting so hard to do. by the end i’m taking some breaks cuz my abs r killing me and ik i should take a day off to let them recover so maybe i’ll take a day of tomorrow. day 12-❌ i actually just did her other hourglass routine so i didn’t really take a day off i just did her other one💀 day 13- ✅ today i actually did this one. sometimes i feel like my progress is slow and non existent other times i think i’m making progress. idk. well see. i’ll keep working hard! day 14- ✅ completed it! i have gotten so much better at this workout i took no breaks today! so proud i accomplished it and u guys can too! discipline and consistency is key!
Did this for just a week-along with calorie deficit and moving a lot throughout the day- and my stomach is alredy way flatter than before (i didnt even do the situps and up and down planks properly) If i can achieve this, certainly you guys can too :)

I'm continuing my one month workout journey here, I feel like it's time to go harder stronger ! Today was sooo hard but I know it'll get easier ! I'll not to forget to put my progress here !!! Day 1: Height: 177 cm Weight: 69 kg Day 2: it's still difficult but I already can feel progress ! I adapted the workout to my capabilities and I hope that by the end of next week I'll be able to do this without having to change difficult exercices ! Day 3: Today was really hard as I was tired bit I still made it to the end ! I could do the 3rd exercice way better but I had to be on my knees for the plank because it was to hard.... But it's getting better and I know I can make it! don't give up everyone ;) Day 4: Today was easier than yesterday but I struggle a lot on the plank exercice... My feets are sook slippery even on a mat !! Anyway I could do all the exercice and some of them were easier and I could fo them close to what she does !!! Day 5: Exercices are gatting easier but the plank still hurt my back sometimes ... I'll figure out what's wrong ! Anyway it hurts waaaaaay less than on the first days but we still have a long way to go ! As I said I adapted some exercices to my strengh and I think I'll be soon able to do all the exercices like her !! Day 6: Rest day Day 7: The plank exercice is still difficult as I sweat a lot and my bode becomes so slippery even with the mat so yeah :/ But I really feel like other exercices are getting easier ! I feel the change and it's so good ! One more week to go for this challenge to see where am I and if I do feel better I'll continue thoses workouts ; Day 8: Well it's been one week and it felt easy on some difficult exercices so I'm pround ! The only problem is the plank but I'll work on it and ig we'll see the results next week ! Day 9: I find a way do do planks so I don't hurt myself (doing them on my knees and I still feel le burn) and also remeber it's okay if there are some days where you're not in the greatest condition so it's totally okay if you can't do an exercice !! This morning I really wanted to skip workout but I haven't so I'm proud of myself for forcing me to do that ! Day 10: Weight: 69 kg Height: 177cm I know I took some weight (only a little) but I know it's part of the journey ! I will gain weight for the muscles that I got and then I'll loose weight ! So I'm not worried and I'm just following my journey ! Day 11: Rest day Day 12: I still can't do completely some exercices but I'm on my way !! Day 13: So this was my last day doing this challenge and I'm so proud to see how I improved and how exercices became not so hard so easily! I'll do one of your other challenges for the next two weeks so I'll be able to improve even more ! Even I if today I only wanted to rest a did the workout ans I'm proud of myself for that !! There’s a saying that goes “abs are made in the kitchen” because eating healthy is the top most important thing, even more than exercise. To have a flat tummy, or for abs to show, you need a low body fat. If you do it the healthy way (which I recommend), you will not get this in a week. Unless you are already at a lower body fat. Shaping your body the healthy way takes time and discipline (workouts and nutrition). The positive of that is that slow results mean that you will also be able to maintain those results easier. I always tell people to create their own programs that are good for them and stay with it. Anyway, best of luck. Also, every body is different so genetics play a big role in how your body looks compared to the lady in the video and how easy you can achieve the results compare to her. Some women can never look like her simply because they don’t have her body type. They could get fit, but they can never have her shape. That’s why other people should never be our goals, but the goal should be improvements in our own physique and optimal health.

Ofc some ppl might be different though. But like any workout routine, if you do it long enough, there’s def gonna be some results which is why after the two weeks, I’ll try to do it for another two weeks. doing this workout for 2 weeks Day 1: it was pretty hard to do for the beginning but after doing the plank it was tiring. but im so surprised that i notice a difference already ! Day 2: no difference from before i got tired doing the workouts after the planks again, and i see more of a difference 🤟🏽 Day 3: im getting a lot better at doing the workout and i didnt completely like die after the planks. im so surprised and impressed on how fast the results are, i did a workout for 3 weeks and there was only a little difference the whole time but this made a huge difference in 3 days!! Day 4: im so surprised on how my body looks today, the workouts arent getting so exhausting anymore and im happy with the results so far okay so i may or may not have forgot to comment my progress… 😅😅 but two weeks later im very happy with how this turned out, i see my abs and my waist looks smaller! i suggest everyone that wants to do this but have no motivation go for it. it took me a while to finally start doing this workout and im so happy that i didnt stick with me not doing anything about how my stomach looks. you got this guys!! 🤗🤗🤗
my results! Upper Waist:24 inches Lower Waist:30 inches Day 1:Done! I actually started this yesterday, and I was able to complete the whole thing! It was a real struggle but I got through it! Day 2:It was pretty much the same as yesterday, if not harder. I got through it but I really wanted to give up but i'm proud of myself! Also I lost a pound and 2 ounces! Day 3: Was still hard but got through it without any breaks 💪. Anyways my stomach is a bit flatter but that's all Day 4: The beggining was much easier than it was and I felt a bit more strong on some of the excersizes! I got through the whole thing without any breaks! Day 5: i got through it and it was easier then yesterday, i also took some measurements and i lost an inch off my upper waist and lower waist! My stomach is flatter but no sign of abs yet Day 6: Got through it and it was easier today than other times! Day 7: First week done! My stomach is definitely flatter than a week ago and i feel so much stronger, I haven't seen abs yet but I think it's going to come soon! One more week left! Day 8: Was good, last excerzise was still kinda hard but otherwise it was great!

@@kenzyrefaie9239 no i did this workout and April Tiberc’s everyday ab workout for two weeks every day. i still do it if i slack off for a couple of days i usually do the Daisy keech “Do this 3 times and week abs” it’s really good for when you slack off it gives u amazing results.
@@qqaz6421 i only did it one time a day at night and no i did this workout with April Tiberc’s every day ab routine. If I ever stopped working out I would also do the daisy Keech “ Do this 3 times a week” ab video it would give me very fast results after slacking off for a couple of days.

Tip: when doing bicycle crunches, bring your elbows to the top of your knees. Remember to do the bicycle crunches at a moderate pace, not too fast. You will feel the burn more doing this!

I tried all abs workout for years and this one is the best it gave me results so fast and actually lined up and toned my abs easily and everytime i come to give up i remind myself why i’m doing it and that time is going so fast and if i’m patient it will pass faster

@@shriyapari4325 ab workouts alone can't give u an hour glass shape unless you naturally have that structure, however if you pair it with thigh and glute workouts and shoulder/back workouts your waist will become more defined and the width of ur shoulders and thighs will balance out and make ur waist look smaller giving the hourglass illusion. well done for trying to better your health by working out, but make sure you know you are perfect as you are either way. keep grinding you've got this

@@nicole.truong school didn't fully end yet, exams did but I'll wait until whole done until I start again in exercising, currently I'm inconsistent, I was really inconsistent when there were exams. I tried apriltiberc ab workouts for fun as well, and yeah might as well bury myself lol. It hurt super bad.
I experimented with some ab workouts on CZcams and idk, pain was a lot in both 😂
April one made sides like > < it surprised me cause I did one day, and yeah it was noticeable when I woke up, usually it doesn't go so inwards.

@@sophiannguyenn The truth is that I did a diet for about a month and then I fried the amounts of meals to eat what I like but in smaller quantities and this worked and I lost some weight but I was doing this exercise twice and taking a break between the two exercises 👍

Results: To begin with my waist is already pretty small with the measurement of 23.5 inches. My upper abs(is that what you call it) is almost flat but the lower belly pooch is always there and that's why I always feel uncomfortable wearing low waist pants, shorts, etc. After almost 3 weeks of doing this exercise, my waist is now 23 inches, my upper abs is more toned than before and I can see the 11 abs peeking through and a few more weeks of workout I think it will be more visible. The lower belly pooch didn't change much. BUT I feel more stronger and I don't get tired easily compared to when I started.

I am not actually starving myself cause I actually feel satisfied and not hungry when I eat only once a day. I obviously have not lost any weight around my waist and my belly but I know that if I continue I will loose some weight soon!! ❤❤❤
Day 3- ✅I finally finished!! I was able to do majority of the exercise today without break!! I was also able to eat only once today. I feel like if I keep this up my body might look like hers. My belly is a bit bloated and my legs are quite big. Wish me luck!!! ❤

@@3nvyll Late reply but yes dieting is the most important part because you will see a difference if you go on a diet but if you don't then you won't see much of a change and it'll take you a while to get the results you want
Workout Journey! I’m 5.5” and weigh 110 pounds and want abs so bad!
Day 1 - I’ve been doing her other abs workout for almost 2 weeks now and was feeling a little bit stronger today, so I found this video and decided to give it a try. Man this was tough, my abs never felt so painful.
Day 2 - I DID IT! I can feel it’s a bit harder this time because I think I’m sore. I got really hot and felt the burn by the second workout, but this time I managed to last through the whole plank!
Day 3 : I’m still sore but pushed through! I’m starting to see some line definition on my stomach but it’s probably because I’ve been doing her hourglass workout for two weeks now. Adding this 11 abs I think is finally helping it come into view better!
Day 4 : My muscles feel a lot better today! I was sweating so much because it’s 40 degrees out here, super sunny and hot ☀️
Day 5 : I’m getting stronger so today tackling this workout was a bit easier! My waist is now 24 inches used to be 25.
Day 6 : Finished! I did this workout twice because Tom I’m getting wisdom teeth pulled and can’t do exercise :((( I’m super scared but Ik I’ll be okay.
UPDATE!!!! I got my wisdom teeth pulled so can’t workout for a week :( Dw I’ll be back as soon as I recover! Just 4 more days! 💪
Day 7 : it’s been a week since my wisdom teeth, so I’m back! I did the workout today and felt really strong, I guess my muscles needed a break to rest too! Lost some weight because of the soft food diet for teeth surgery, so I can’t wait to see results.

Umm so i kinda gave up. I had no motivation and doing it became such a draining thing. I realized i was doing this for others not myself. I might come back to this when i'm doing it for me but i am happy with myself right now and confident in my body. Love you all! If you notice its become mentally draining and you dread doing it then think " am I doing this for me? am I changing for me? do i need this right now or is it something i can work on later? is this the right time to do this or am i busy and stressed?" you are always enough and should never want to change for anyone except yourself. ( also i didn't stop because it's a bad workout. its a great workout and it seems it has shown great results ) love ya! ❤

Día 1 : Se me dificultaron los ejercicios y algunos los realicé menos tiempo , aun así estoy muy satisfecha por poder cumplir con este día!
Día 2 : Realicé los ejercicios y me sentí más ligera , me costaron todavía un poco de trabajo pero logré finalizarlos , aun no veo resultados muy notorios pero los seguiré realizando.
Día 3 : Realicé los ejercicios y se me facilitaron un poco más, considero que mi estomago se ha reducido una mínima parte y me siento super ligera , recuerden que los resultados no son inmediatos , pero con perseverancia es posible ! 💪
Día 4 : Realicé los ejercicios con más facilidad y rapidez , veo una leve disminución en mi abdomen y ya no cuesta tanto trabajo hacer los ejercicios , me siento super ligera y con mucha energía! !! No se rindan
Día 5 : Los ejercicios fueron con más constancia , rapidez y habilidad , veo una leve disminución y mi abdomen se ha comenzado a marcar levemente , por que recuerden que los resultados NO SON INMEDIATOS , entonces hay que dar nuestro mejor esfuerzo
Día 6 : Realicé los ejercicios de una manera más rápida y eficiente , ya no se me dificultan tanto y si he visto cambios , aún no TAN notorios pero si hay , ya tengo más confianza de usar playeras ajustadas ! Si se puede 💪🏻
Día 7/8/9 : Ahora realizó los ejercicios con más rapidez y menos esfuerzo , por ello vi una disminución LEVE y notoria en mi abdomen , además que ya no me siento tan adolorida al culminar los ejercicios
Día 10/11/12: Realicé los ejercicios con más facilidad y noto ya un cambio más definido en mi abdomen, si veo resultados pero considero que es necesario realizar los ejercicios por más tiempo para ver mejores resultados, por eso seguiré actualizando mis avances , tal vez no con tanta frecuencia pero si seguirán apareciendo !!! , saludos y no se den por el vencid@s ❤ 💪

💌d1: I haven't been working out for quite a long time so the first day was awfully hard to finish. my abs area burnt sooo bad.
💌d2: i woke up and immediately felt the pain in my abs. today was easier but the pain was so strong. and i decided not to eat junk foods in this process. also i drank smm waterrr!
💌d3: today was sooo much more easier and most of the pain in my stomach is gone. also maybe it's me being too paranoid but i see slight changes in my abs area! it's so motivating!!!

day 3- ❌yesterday i didn’t do anything so i considered it a recovery day (just want to add i do weighted workouts along with this so that’s also why i didn’t do any- i was recovering my other muscles as well :))
day 4- ✅did it! was burning so much. i usually don’t struggle but today i was and couldn’t do the up and down planks fully cuz my arms still were a bit sore! but that’s okay! i did as much as i could!
day 5- ✅i usually always finish to the end and i did, just struggled a lot and my abs HURT!!! but i pushed thru the best i could!
day 6- ✅did it! i had some spicy chicken today for dinner so it really made the workout harder cuz my stomach was burning like extra so like yea.(also i’ve done her hourglass workout before and that ones harder then this one is so my results aren’t as quick as i want them to be)
day 7- ✅yesterday i forgot to update but i did do it! the up and down planks are still killing my arms so those for sure are my weakest points but i’ll try to get better at them!
day 8- ✅did it today too! had spicy chicken again for dinner so my stomach kinda burned lmfao. but, i feel like i’m hitting a plato (don’t know how to spell that sorry) becuz before this workout i did her hourglass one and this one isn’t as difficult so i maybe gaining more then i’m losing or not losing anything at all becuz my waist and stomach are still not to where i hoped they would be. but my limit is one abs workout.
day 9- ✅ completed it! my abs still hurt from yesterday but my guilt would have been so overwhelming so i put aside my pain and did the workout. i do see a little bit more improvement from yesterday but my fat fluctuates like a lot so well see.
day 10- ✅ it’s getting so hard to do these every day cuz my stomach muscles r in pain like halfway thru the workouts but i’m pushing thru doing as much as i can. that’s all i can do and i do see a bit of difference! cant wait to get even more skinny.
day 11- ✅ phew these are getting so hard to do. by the end i’m taking some breaks cuz my abs r killing me and ik i should take a day off to let them recover so maybe i’ll take a day of tomorrow.

I'm continuing my one month workout journey here, I feel like it's time to go harder stronger ! Today was sooo hard but I know it'll get easier ! I'll not to forget to put my progress here !!!
Day 1:

it's still difficult but I already can feel progress ! I adapted the workout to my capabilities and I hope that by the end of next week I'll be able to do this without having to change difficult exercices !
Day 3:
Today was really hard as I was tired bit I still made it to the end ! I could do the 3rd exercice way better but I had to be on my knees for the plank because it was to hard.... But it's getting better and I know I can make it! don't give up everyone ;)
Day 4:
Today was easier than yesterday but I struggle a lot on the plank exercice... My feets are sook slippery even on a mat !! Anyway I could do all the exercice and some of them were easier and I could fo them close to what she does !!!
Day 5:
Exercices are gatting easier but the plank still hurt my back sometimes ... I'll figure out what's wrong ! Anyway it hurts waaaaaay less than on the first days but we still have a long way to go ! As I said I adapted some exercices to my strengh and I think I'll be soon able to do all the exercices like her !!

The plank exercice is still difficult as I sweat a lot and my bode becomes so slippery even with the mat so yeah :/ But I really feel like other exercices are getting easier ! I feel the change and it's so good ! One more week to go for this challenge to see where am I and if I do feel better I'll continue thoses workouts ;

Well it's been one week and it felt easy on some difficult exercices so I'm pround ! The only problem is the plank but I'll work on it and ig we'll see the results next week !
Day 9: I find a way do do planks so I don't hurt myself (doing them on my knees and I still feel le burn) and also remeber it's okay if there are some days where you're not in the greatest condition so it's totally okay if you can't do an exercice !! This morning I really wanted to skip workout but I haven't so I'm proud of myself for forcing me to do that !

I know I took some weight (only a little) but I know it's part of the journey ! I will gain weight for the muscles that I got and then I'll loose weight ! So I'm not worried and I'm just following my journey !

So this was my last day doing this challenge and I'm so proud to see how I improved and how exercices became not so hard so easily! ive been doing different routines for months. jus a week after doing this, my waist got smaller and my stomach got slightly flatter. so i actually find this quite easy. goodluck to everyone who's doing this :) (i do this along w daisy & tibercs workout )
30 days challenge (I'm 13)
Day 1: I feel so exhausted but when I look at the mirror I saw the improvement, there is a line at the middle of my tummy and my abdomen stretched
Day 2: didn't feel anything I guess I did some of the exercise wrong(like 2/3)
Day 3: forgot, too many schoolworks
Day 4: not seeing any changes, i guess it's because I skipped day 3

There’s a saying that goes “abs are made in the kitchen” because eating healthy is the top most important thing, even more than exercise. To have a flat tummy, or for abs to show, you need a low body fat. If you do it the healthy way (which I recommend), you will not get this in a week. Unless you are already at a lower body fat. Shaping your body the healthy way takes time and discipline (workouts and nutrition). The positive of that is that slow results mean that you will also be able to maintain those results easier. I always tell people to create their own programs that are good for them and stay with it. Anyway, best of luck.
Also, every body is different so genetics play a big role in how your body looks compared to the lady in the video and how easy you can achieve the results compare to her. Some women can never look like her simply because they don’t have her body type. They could get fit, but they can never have her shape. That’s why other people should never be our goals, but the goal should be improvements in our own physique and optimal health.

@@Hello-lz7ww Well ever since I started, I have taken some pictures and compared to then and now, I do see not a lot (which seems pretty normal since this is only my 10th day) but a change. Ofc some ppl might be different though. But like any workout routine, if you do it long enough, there’s def gonna be some results which is why after the two weeks, I’ll try to do it for another two weeks. For now, I’ll keep doing it and keep you updated though. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
Tightlacing with a corset has given me a 11 line abs.

FYI, im not on a specific diet and just try to eat less (smaller portion) compared to before and drink at least 2liters of water everyday

Day 1: it was pretty hard to do for the beginning but after doing the plank it was tiring. but im so surprised that i notice a difference already !
Day 2: no difference from before i got tired doing the workouts after the planks again, and i see more of a difference 🤟🏽
Day 3: im getting a lot better at doing the workout and i didnt completely like die after the planks. im so surprised and impressed on how fast the results are, i did a workout for 3 weeks and there was only a little difference the whole time but this made a huge difference in 3 days!!
Day 4: im so surprised on how my body looks today, the workouts arent getting so exhausting anymore and im happy with the results so far
okay so i may or may not have forgot to comment my progress… 😅😅 but two weeks later im very happy with how this turned out, i see my abs and my waist looks smaller! i suggest everyone that wants to do this but have no motivation go for it. it took me a while to finally start doing this workout and im so happy that i didnt stick with me not doing anything about how my stomach looks. you got this guys!! 🤗🤗🤗

Day 1:Done! I actually started this yesterday, and I was able to complete the whole thing! It was a real struggle but I got through it!
Day 2:It was pretty much the same as yesterday, if not harder. I got through it but I really wanted to give up but i'm proud of myself! Also I lost a pound and 2 ounces!
Day 3: Was still hard but got through it without any breaks 💪. Anyways my stomach is a bit flatter but that's all
Day 4: The beggining was much easier than it was and I felt a bit more strong on some of the excersizes! I got through the whole thing without any breaks!
Day 5: i got through it and it was easier then yesterday, i also took some measurements and i lost an inch off my upper waist and lower waist! My stomach is flatter but no sign of abs yet
Day 6: Got through it and it was easier today than other times!
Day 7: First week done! My stomach is definitely flatter than a week ago and i feel so much stronger, I haven't seen abs yet but I think it's going to come soon! One more week left!
