    Day 1:👍 I finished and my legs were tired😭
    (I’m not going to eat any snacks or food with a lot of sugar/salt)
    Day 2:👍 I finished but no difference
    Day 3: 🫶 I finished and I think I lost 1cm already (I’m doing this with a diet)
    Day 4:🫶 I finisheddd and my legs hurt😭😭

    Doing this for a week
    Right thigh: 52.5cm
    Left thigh: 53.5cm
    Side note: I am on a calorie deficit & diet, eating healthy and cutting out junk food + doing a full body workout with this!!
    Day 1: ✅️ a lot easier than other leg workouts ive tried, felt rlly good after
    Day 2: ✅️ felt good after doing, no different from yesterday
    Day 3: ✅️
    Day 4: ✅️ done!! I can see a slight change in my thighs (did this twice tdy cuz i felt guilty for eating a bag of chips😭😭 still on a deficit tho)
    Day 5: ✅️ i have a small thigh gap now that i didn't have before!!
    Day 6: ✅️ done! super excited for measurements tomorrow

    I lost 2.5cm on both thighs and im super happy abt it!! I thought it wasnt gnna work well cz its pretty easy to do but it reallu works! Im gonna continue doing this until i get my dream legs paired with another leg workout from her. Overall i love my results!!!

      Im still doing this but i dont do it everyday anymore, i do it 4-5 times a week and currently my thighs are both 45cm, im losing 0.5-1cm per week. Im not on a deficit anymore but i still do try to eat healthy to get better results. I do recommend going on a calorie deficit & pairing this with any full body workout. + I lost 3kg aswell from this!!

      Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start .

    Day 1:✅ Finished! quite easy did it on my bathroom floor hiding from my sister 🤣
    Day 2:✅Done! I also did another inner thigh workout quite easy also did growWithJo, 3 mile fast walk for 47 mins! i feel so good!
    Day 3:✅ Done! I've noticed that my legs are more toned can't wait for measure day!
    Day 4:✅ Done! I def notice a different in my thighs as well as my stomach it got a little bit flatter! also i did the le sserafim workout it was actually not that hard just he burpess hurt a little bit but its good! also did the 5 mile Intense walk by GrowWithJo burn 800 cal!!
    Day 5:✅ Done! really did not want to do it but I ain't no quitter 2 more days and i can tell yall the measurements!!!

    Day 10:✅ Done.. SO FREAKING UNMOTIVATED i snoozed my alarm at 7:00 then woke up at 8:30 was gonna workout out then i didnt feel like it so i just sat in my bathroom watching "the good doctor" said i was gonna do it later i didn't its currently 9:04 PM!!! i js now did it.. BRUHH

      Diets aren't real lol, they are only a temporary change. Just try being mindful of what you eat, thats what ive been doing and I feel much better mentally and physically. Resist temptation!!!!!

    Day 1:✅️ ( I felt a little burn but personally for me it wasn't too hard, I also do football/soccer training almost every day)
    Day 2:✅️ ( I definitely felt more of a burn today but pushed through, can't wait for day 3!!)
    Day 3:✅️ ( whoo! This time i felt way more of a burn and felt like giving up but i pushed through )
    Day 4:✅️( donee it felt more easier than it was on day 3, personally it's always the last exercise that gets me straining my legs but to be honest this is quite easy and I think I see a very slight difference in my thighs and its also works your abs a bit )
    Day 5:✅️ (I had football practice today and because of that I felt a really big strain and pull in my legs which made me want to give up but I pushed through it was rllly hard though but I'll be fine, I see a tiny difference so far )
    Day 6: ( hi guys, I just couldn't push myself to do it today, I'm wayy too tired to do anything and it's already quite late at night and I played reallllyy hard at football practice today and I was not able to do it, I'm really sorry guys, I will do it twice tomorrow to try and make up for it, I know it's not the same but I will still try, hopefully playing football today will make up for it 😅) :(
    Day 7: ✅️ (donee because i have been doing football practice for 3 days so far for 4 hours i really felt a burn and wooh i definitely felt a burn but not too bad )

    There was no difference and i dont see why not because i have been doing tthe workout properly and in extra ive been doing football 😭😭, maybe it just didnt work for me but it may work for u guys, i really wanted it to work, oh well im just gonna cut down how much i eat by alot and just try and go on a calorie deficit, sorry for all the people that have liked this comment i know u guys probably wanted it to work. Sorry 😢
    Every morning I am having a 500 ml glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it before I eat any food and I'm not drastically changing my diet but I am trying to eat less food than I normally do.

      @@juliamyers1697 It's fine you are doing good.. don't push yourself too much also about the results it's different from one to other so be patient( I remember i start to notice the results after like two weeks lol)

      @@yjmlvr nope, But I was trying to look at what I eat and how much I also didn't drink soda or caffeine and try to eat more vegetables and fruits with drinking alot of water

    Hello, I am muslim and I am taking Ramadan as an opportunity to lose some fat my goal is - 5kg for the end of the sicle.
    Before: 65 kg
    Day 1: ✅ the first day is always the worst
    Day 2 & 3 : ✅ done !
    Day 4 : ✅ I was lazy but managed to do it ! So excited to be a skinny legend
    Day 5 : ❌ UGH I HATE MYSELF
    Day 6 : ✅ Nah I love myself 🤭
    Day 7 : ✅ okay but I'm scared this is useless cuz anyway I eat so much in iftar...

    Am I satisfied ? Well, ramadan is a period where I usually gain weight, but this time I lost a kilo instead, I am a bit disappointed but that okay !
    Did I notice any changes ? Well, even tho I haven't lost much, my thighs are more toned and less "giggly", they are harder.
    Well I would sure continue this workout but after Eid with a diet
