I'm have been doing exercises for two days and every time see your comment. It make me strong!
Remember also, the choices men make are statistically quite clear. Men will allmost allways choose a woman with convex, rounded legs over one with thin storky stilts.
Just a quick reminder for everyone doing this exercise, if it hurts after a day, do NOT stop. This means that your muscles are really working to lose fat!

@@miyaehko then i recommend you to push yourself further. It doesn’t necessarily have to HURT, you just have to feel the soreness afterwards!
@@xin3443 maybe not soreness since theres stretching afterwards, but more like burning while doing it.
@@miyaehko perhaps you should check to see if it mirrors her exactly. Using resistance bands can also push you further!

For those who are wondering, this does work. In six days I lost 3 cm and I've been doing this for two weeks. I was doing her other one as well a bailey brown thigh workout. They really do work so keep it up. Consistency is key and trust me, the results are worth it

@@mikar3yNo, I didnt restrict anything if that what your asking. You'll get results as long as you dont eat taco bell everyday. But then again, my family does eat a generally balanced diet but I didnt go out of my way to be heathly or eat salads every meal. Hope u get your resluts soon!

-Emi Wong's Arms and shoulders workout everyday for 10 minutes
-Vickys Egg Diet
-If I have a time I walk 8000-15000 steps a day.
-I do 1 minute Plank and 1 minute wall sit.
-I drink 2-4L of water everyday. ( water helps me to eat less )
-I drink Green tea with lemon ( no sugar ) ( it helps to burn fat and eat less )
-I drink pure grapefruit juice every morning. (burns fat)

it’s something i enjoy doing in the morning, I can tell my legs have gotten toner but just fyi for everyone else if you are looking for smaller thighs i would add walking to this workout that’s what really worked for me. even just a 20 mins walk if you can works well :)

I did the this few months ago and I already had gaps on my thighs. However, I have to do it again this time for my inner thighs because I stopped working out. I think I am gaining weight. So, I have to maintain it. this is really effective. Do it religiously.Good luck!💕
It works! From 58-55 in 2 weeks. My weight is normal but I have huge thighs so I paired this exercise with the other 7 days thigh routine and another youtuber bubbly butt challenge. I also used resistance band when I need more challenges. Will continue doing all 3 routines combine since it's pretty easy to do and yet the result is amazing👍

I stopped doing this not bc it didn't work, but bc I started to love my thick thighs :) I watch alot of anime and most of the girls have thick thighs and no thigh gap so that has helped boost my confidence alot. I know no one asked just wanted to share 🥺🥺👉👈
it's still important to exercise the inside of your thighs because that area along with the hamstrings is used less often compared to the front and side of the leg. If your muscles are disproportionate then you will have joint, muscle and back issues! just do it less frequently if you want to keep your current leg shape. and chances are, unless you're skinny fat, even if you do it frequently you won't see a noticeable visual difference.

Imma do this for 20 days + Emi Wong’s abs challenge. I have much motivation, I won’t give up. I’ve been wanting to lose weight for two years now, and I’ve been in depression and starving myself. Everyday for years now I would get up and tell myself I will not eat anything today, and then get to lunch and eat a full on meal with a couple desserts after 😐 Then I would hate myself and repeat day after day. Finally I just told myself to eat healthier and let’s exercise. So let’s my dream body. I CAN DO THIS!! 😤💪

This is my fifth day of training. I do a lot of other exercises that help me. I feel fitter than before, but I don't notice any difference in my thighs. I really can't wait for two weeks to pass.🤧💞💞

i tried this for 7 days i drank lots of water did leg stretches and on day 7 i was squatting to pick up something and i felt muscles in my leg like they were stronger and my thighs and a some of my lower leg got slimmer i will be continuing to do this it works you just have to follow through !!

Hi April, I love how you did both English and Chinese versions of this. As a "second generation" bilingual, I really want to keep up my chinese skills, but it's just a bit hard sometimes. Also as a cantonese speaker, mandarin isn't my strongest point (not a native Eng speaker either) I do want to follow it in Chinese as much as possible, but is it possible to add eng subtitles here too? That would be really helpful!
