day 1: feeling good. i did this only once today cuz clock is already 10.30pm in my country. i’ll do this 5 times tomorrow!
day 2: i forgot to update lol. but the exercises was easy, little burning.
day 3: it’s always so late when i’m doing these. i did this 3 times today but I also had a volleyball practice.
day 4: yay, day 4 done! today i also had a volleyball practice. it’s kinda fun to do this workout, i mean, i love working out. 3 more days, then week one is completed!!!
day 5: done! oh, i wanna say this, but when i do the v-sit toe taps, my knees lock up and i have to crack my knees. although it hurts i keep doing it lol. (i also added the weight and height to the list?)
day 6: done for today! i don’t know what else i should write xD.
day 7: wow, week goes so fast. i’m going to measure in the morning, since clock is 2am and i’m too tired to get a tape measure.. i thought that i could do this for another week, with a diet!

day 9: i did this only once today. clock is 3am, ups. I ate some candy today because it was the last day of school before the holidays and I was allowed to bring candy to school..
day 10: i feel like i didn’t eat today at all. i’m hungry. but i did the workout, yay. Merry Christmas in time!
day 11: yesterday when i did this, there was a mouse under my bed.. (i’m in my grandparents house) i’m going to do this only once because i’m scared of that mouse lol.

Hello April, I used to do your 4 workouts and eat healthy for 4 months. I lost 9kg and my body is so good now. Thank you so much ❤❤❤
Doing this as a teenager for a week:
Day 1: Everything okay, no change
Day 2: Still the same
Day 3: I can see a bit of a change
Day 4: I can feel my belly less loose more tight
Day 5: My belly is starting to form something like an hourglass
Day 6: My belly feels tight as well as my thighs and It works
Day 7: it definitely works, just dont give up, do it every day and at the end of a week you will see changes.
Have you done diet also!?
@@rupalikakde129 you don’t need to diet more so just eat healthy, you can still eat foods you like but processed sugars and large amounts of carbs should be eaten in moderation and if you want to develop muscle in you abs definitely increase your protein consumption

Ужасно поправилась за последнее время и решила начать заново. На этот раз уже выполнение будет регулярным

Талия - 69.5-70 см (- 2-2,5 см)

Теперь не делаю 4 упражнение, так как оно раскачивает косые мышцы живота

Позже начала делать свой комплекс (большинство упражнений взяла из этой тренировки)
❗Выводы: без корректировки питания можно спокойно лишится 5️⃣ см за неделю, но не забывайте про отдых!
Также хотела напомнить, что чем вы полнее - тем больше см будете терять в начале

@@4j_n5 I was on a strict calorie deficit(200-800), but it's better to go on a healthier deficit (1200-1500 calories). The results will be visible in the first week on such a diet

@@jourie8197 i eated very normal. Don't try to over eat and try to eat 4 hours before going to bed.
Something you can try is the 4 hours intimidated fasting you won't easily over eat and gain weight :) also if you try this for a month you will see that you will lose weight

Results:
I don’t have a measuring tape so I just took pictures everyday. I used to have a small curve under my bell button area. But after 12 days (I didn’t do 2 days, but will make it up), that curve was pretty much gone; my stomach is flat now. Instead of the curve, I can see that there is the “11 abs.” I’m very satisfied with the results. I might do this workout pretty often now that I see that it works for me.

Because everyone has a different body type, it might take them a longer or shorter period time for the results to show.

Last time I did this challenge was over the summer and I decided that in the fall/winter, workout is good too!

This is literally my SAVIOUR!! I've been trying all sorts of belly fat burn but nothing works. Its not worth doing. If you want a slimmer waist, you can only do that with dieting. You can't reduce fat from specific areas. You will need to eat fewer calories than you burn. That's the only way. And this isn't good for fat loss either, better to just walk for example

Okay I've been doing this for 6 days, before, my waist was 69cm. I wasn't expecting to see results considering I've been doing it for 6 days, only once a day. My stomach is toned now and when I measured it, it was 66.5 cm. That's CRAZY.

Soooo... It's been a while😆
I didn't update anymore but I kept working out till September, because September means school and so stress and so nervous eating and basically no sleep, but I also went back to my usual dance classes. This year has also been particularly hard and emotionally draining, so I didn't watch what I ate and had zero motivation to do this workout.
As soon as school ended tho I started again and I haven't checked all my measurements but my weight is now 70,5kg, my height should be about 158cm and my waist is 94cm so yay!
If I keep doing this workout I will probably update my progress here once in a while

I’ve lived in a different continent for 6 months and as a guest the food i ate it wasn't up to me, plus the amount of sugar and other unhealthy additives is much higher there due to different food regolations. That paired with the fact that i couldn't work out for months means that i've gained a bit of weight😅
I've just come home a few days ago and i'm starting to eat healthy and to exercise again from today, wish me luck!

Started doing this 3/01. I know it's a 14 day journey but hoping with adding her leg and arm routines I'll see results by the 12 to fit in my birthday dress. Lol. I never would have imagined I'd commit to any type of daily exercise but April makes me want to keep going. It helps that she explains what to do during the rest period instead of us having to figure it out as the timer goes.
Update. I fit the dress with room to pig out on my birthday!!

MY LOWER BELLY IS GONE, just 7 days and I realized damn, when did my donut belly shrink till it became quite flat but well yep I'm just gonna move on to another workout because after 7 days i find my body adapting to this workout already. Hope this comment helps you!

Pretty sure u do this once a day because you need to rest your muscles for them to rest and recover and grow. Do this every day or ever second day. Don't do this more than once a day because you could injure yourself

@@hae2134 i didn't measure it but I use to take picture to see the changes to my belly and i would say in simplified terms that at first the size of my lower belly was the size of my entire hand (like a fat donut) now it's flatten by half the original size so i consider it gd enough i guess.

hi everyone, I lost 10kg 4y ago with two of April Han’s videos (this one and the one about reducing inner legs ~12min) and running regularly! I have kept the same weight since then. I try not to eat industrial food as much as I can and I always buy fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water too! Now I do the two videos at once at least 4-5 times a week and run 6km in 30min every two-three days:
I modified a bit this video:
- I added two exercices:
1) U sit and you move your arm from bottom right to bottom left while your feet do not touch the floor (same position as 3rd exercice but without touching the floor)
2) Crossed crunch before the last exercise
It clearly gave results 2 weeks after doing this video regularly: I had visible abs (small though)

Day 3: Finished📌 I decided to do this workout twice for now on to get effective results. My lower abs are looking a bit slimmer. But not completely. This take time, so don't get stressed and instead be motivated that you are on the journey towards getting your toned lower abs♡♡♡
Day 4: I completed the workout once again and so far my lower ab is similar as in day three. However, I do see my obligues are becoming more visible on my lower abs.
Day 5: I completed they workout once again!! My lower abs feel toned up, but I still really don't see any tremendous change. I will keep on doing this workout until I see a change!!
Day 6: I completed thus workout along with Chloe Ting's 30 Day flat belly challenge. I feel soo tired, but it's worth it!! So far the upper part of my lower abs is sort of slim but the rest is the same. Never Give Up
Day 7: Completed. My lower stomach does not get bloated as much after I'm done eating than usual. I'm proud to see some definition on my lower abs too.
Day 8: So far my lower abs seem the same as in Day 7. There is still no large difference. However, I'm willing to keep on going to see my results😇
Day 9: Completed. No change, but compared to Day 1 there is a difference. I will keep on going!! Remember to drink lots of Water!!💧
Day 10: Overall I see my 11 abs forming. My lower abs do seem slimmed down, but you can see that my lower abs aren't completely flat.
Day 11: My period started today so I really don't feel to my very best, but I will continue. I completed the workout, so far my lower abs are still the same,but I do feel a bit better after working out.
Day 12: My side waist is really really toned up. So far, my waist looks smaller than before and I can see my 11 abs scuplting more above. The lower abs are getting slimmer as I progress, but not completely flat.
Day 13: My abs are visable compared before. My lower abs have actually slimmed down and I pleased by my results so far. Tommorow is the last day so I'm really looking forwards that day!!!💕
Day 14: Yay!!! I completed the this challenge. My lower abs have slimmed down a lot compared to before and in overall my abs look very defined. Yes. This is a great workout and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to get rid of their belly pouch. But, if your belly pouch is excessive then you must do other HIIT workout to help along the process. As for me, In general I had a stomach similar to April's in the beginning ( the before ) so this may also be a factor of my results. I as well tried other workouts such as Chloe Ting's. I drinked a lot of water and ate my meals in small portions, but if I really wanted to crave for something I would grab a fruit. I hope everyone who sees this comment may get their results they desire and work hard because all your hard work pays off!! Never Give Up !!!!!💕💕💕

This really helps. I did Chloe Ting abs workout for three weeks but didn't see much effect. But this one works in one week. April Han explains the whys and reminds you the correct breathing and positions which really makes a lot of difference. It works really well! 😊

I have curious about Hana milly and muscle watching, they have very different aspect of workouts, did you see any results?
@@cherryboom967 MuscleWatching worked for me in the thigh areas (I think its called Ashi Paka? I mixed both April han's thigh workout with the inversion method of MusclesWatching, and I actually was able to reduce more than 8 cm in 7 days in my thighs. On the other hand, Hana Milly is good with the bra buldge area, the chest workouts( especially to make them perkier/smaller).

I really love her talking while we’re doing the workout, because even though I can’t always read the subs while working out, her voice is very soothing! helps me to keeps going even when my muscles hurt a lot

Day 1 : Done [ I almost died but I still I did it twice ]
Day 2 : Done [ I feel the pain in my organs 😭, but I did it twice today ]
Day 3 : Done [ I did it twice today too, I notice a very slight difference ]
Day 4 : Done [ This exercise is sure tiring, i did it twice today too ]
Day 5 : Done [ I’m noticing changes already, I did it twice today too ]
Day 6 : Done [ I did it twice today and it really makes me feel sore but it’s alright ]
Day 7 : Done [ I did it twice today and it made me feel really sore, but I noticed whilst standing up my stomach has become flatter than it was so I really think it’s working, I only have a week left now ]
Day 8 : Done [ I did it twice today, no changes other than what happened a few days back ]
Day 9 : Done [ I did it twice today, but still no changes ]
Day 10 : Done [ I did it twice, No significant changes yet ]
Day 11 : Done [ This exercise has drained me so much today, I still did it twice though ]

I would give you a thousand likes, if I could. This workout is so effective! I've gone through 4 cesareans, and despite not having excess weight, my tummy was a mess, forever pregnant-looking. Literally lost 1 kg and got a bit of definition in 3/4 days (with proper diet) 😶
