Apoorva Tayal she never had big arms ... they just weren’t toned. There’s a difference between flabby arms (bingo wings or Nanna arms) and toned arms. Using cans of soup (.5 kilo) as weights will help tone your arms if u don’t have any hand weights but unless you change your diet ... no amount of exercise will help

Hey, you there! Don't give up after a week because you see no difference, that's normal. Their might not be a difference until the end of week two or three. But imagine what could happen in two months. You could change your life in a matter of seconds just by pressing start. Stay healthy and believe in your self, and continue until you feel happy to be who you are!

I am very proud of my self! I can see that my arms got thinner and i am happy bc I didn't had to do a diet to lose my arm fat! I really recommend this workout! You can do it to!💪❤️
I am on day 30, so happy I found these exercises. I am doing them once per day as I build up the habit, I hope I can get to twice per day. I realized that these exercises are great because they help build the muscles that give you good posture.please keep going. Don’t get discouraged it’s worth it!

I used to do this when i was in pendemic , & I had a really bad body dysmorphia in the past, and i didn't think it would be that effective, but surprisingly it is. I came across to my elementary teacher and she saw my arm and touch it, she told me that i got more slimmer ^^ .
after a year i stopped doing this workout and i gained a bit weight and now doing this again. This was the best workout for slimming down fats on the arms and its the best ! You might able to see results when you do it consistently!❤
My routine for this- is morning & afternoon i did this every single day and my rest day would be sundays. And as for eating , i would avoid eating too much sugar.

If this workout took you longer than the length of this video because you have to take a long rest in between, don’t get discouraged, do it at your own pace and it’ll get easier as time goes. This took me a little over 20 minutes because it was hard for the first time but I’m sure it’ll get easier once I do it more and more. I’m planning to do it daily from now on 💪

Ok. So 4 months ago, i commented how big my arms are but thanks to this workout I can see a change in my arms (on the elbow part mostly). It's like lifted, so if i look from the back, my elbow part slimmed down.
So yeah. It works. I do this once a day (but there are days I forgot to do it). If I can do it, ofc you can too. It is painful but the feeling of achieving our goal overcomes the pain.

Here is my daily routine check, please like so I don’t forget to do it. ❤
Arms: 33cm
Day 1: very hard, almost stopped a couple of times and the adds let me a bit more time to rest between exercises.
Day 2: had to stop in a couple of exercises because my shoulders were hurting too much, but just stop a sec then keep going again, never giving up.
Day 3: a lot easier than second day but I had to stop in one of the exercises, I still tried my best to keep going to finish the set.
Day 4: I can feel muscle in my arms, they are getting stronger, still stopped in one exercise
Day 5: I can do all exercises without stopping.
Day 6: My arms look more normal now
Day 7: I am so proud of doing this because I started to have some built muscle in my arms and it is less painful to do the exercises 😊

REMINDER : Last time I did this workout for like 5 days before, i seen a MASS difference in my arms. This workout is so recommended for anyone who needs it.

You get really use to it, it's like muscle memory, from last time I did it to now, it's just like brushing my teeth or making by bed to me.

I felt weak and anemic, and had a little headache but i completed :)

Starting this exercise till day 30. I love my body very much, but I hate the way my arms look. I love wearing tank tops but I always feel very insecure. I’m gonna start doing this January 14. I wanna feel confident and good for soccer try outs too! Comment to remind me to update!
✅ Day 1. It felt really good! I had some difficulties with one of the exercises, but I know I’ll do good on it tomorrow! I’m doing this workout with no diet, and I go on the exercise bike for 1 hour. You can do it!
✅ Day 2. I had to go to a b day party so I had to do this exercise a little bit late. I love how this exercise also helps my collarbones look more defined. I could already see slight changes! The exercise I had trouble with is still a bit difficult, but I know if I push myself hard enough, I will be able to do it in no time. You got this guys!!
✅ Day 3. This exercise is honestly so refreshing to do. I finally got the hang of the exercise I had trouble with! I’m very proud of my self :)! It gets easier guys. Trust me! Love you guys and see you tmr ❤️!
✅ Day 4. For some reason, It was a little more difficult in the beginning. I feel strong and confident :)! I recommend to listen to some music from your own playlist on another device. Basically, any songs that’ll give you a quick little adrenaline rush. Bye bye, see you tomorrow, stay strong 💪!
I’m so sorry I didn’t update yesterday! I did a full work out already, and went in the treadmill for about 2 hours so I honestly wasn’t feeling it. I’ll probably do this exercise 2 times today to make up from yesterday.

So one week has passed and guys after a few days it’s so much fun doing this and it WORKS! My arms feel more toned and I’m gaining strength.
I decided to extend it by 2 weeks and if I see better results I’ll even do 30 days

I've been doing this exercise for a few months, but I notice the results in a few days, like toned and less saggy arms, I do this exercise twice a week. I'm trying to maintain a more balanced diet, the issue of body fat also changed the results, my arms despite having lost weight in terms of fat, I also gained more muscle. This has a direct influence on genetics and diet, I am a mesomorph type and diet also influences the issue of mass and fat gain. I will soon make another comment after the change in diet, I am very happy because I am seeing results with the exercises, I lost 7kg after years at the same weight! I had also combined exercise with a change in diet, drinking green tea and reducing the amount of carbohydrates and increasing the amount of salads and fruits. Just do it, this exercise does what it promises and even more, my self-esteem is back!

ㅇAt first week, it was really hard for me to do the exercises and most my muscle felt sore too. The results for the first week is very good but after the second week, i started to feel this exercise is getting easier (so i add water bottles) and the result also quite improve but not much. I started to think that your body is getting use of the exercise so it doesn’t affect much. As you can see the result for third weeks is also quite same and my muscle doesn’t feel sore like the first week. Overall, i like my arms now and for the best result i think you should add some cardio exercise and less eating. Thank you and sorry for bad English (second language).....

i think this video is the most honest amongst all the video that i've searched. Because 1 or 2 weeks are not enough to get the result, losing weight in a healthy way need months of discipline and hard work. if you've been doing all the effort for months and get a slow result that's okay, you're one step ahead. keep the good work folks!

I was thinking the exact same thing! I love April’s workouts, but the before and after photos on some of them can be faked pretty easily just by the angle you hold your body.
