    So I did this workout for almost 2 weeks (twice a day) And normally I don’t write any comments but this workout was really really effective My thighs were around 56/57 cm and now they are around 53/54 cm I also walked at least 5,000 steps a day but I didn’t change any food habits! I would definitely recommend this

    Hello everyone, before doing these wonderful exercises, my thigh circumference was 54 cm, and after 4 days of practicing these exercises regularly, I measured my thigh circumference and it is now only 50 cm!! I was very happy because I am losing all my body fat quickly, but I am facing difficulty with burning thigh fat, but now I feel the amazing change. My legs have become thin and the fat has completely disappeared, even though it was not like that before I practiced these exercises. There is another video that was a full body exercise in 12 minutes that I practiced. In the video of the full body workout in 12, 3 years ago, I swear to you that my abdominal muscles are still there to this day, even though I gained a little weight and then lost it again!
