To those who are still unsure about this, it works! I did this 3-4 times per week for 3-4 weeks. Did not expect much, I was just trying to get myself moving. To my amazement, my breast is a more forward pointing now, and the fat around the armpit area has reduced significantly. I did not follow any strict diet, my weight is still the same. The key is to be consistent and check for the change only once per week or fortnight :)

1-5:✅ делала 1 раз в день, особой сложности не было, но сначала было непривычно, т.к. руки я обычно задействую меньше всего

Итак, я брала 2 дня отдыха, но сделала эти дни всётаки
Очень хорошо ушла та часть между руками, про которую говорит эйприл, прям очень хорошо ушла
руки стали менее "дряблыми"

комментарий специально для русского коммьюнити ахаха. я решила занять этим комплексом, чтобы хоть как-то подтянуть грудь, ибо мышц вообще нет, ну а также избавиться от этих подмышечных крылышек? заниматься для начала буду неделю, постепенно возможно дни будут дополняться (надеюсь что так и будет)
день 1: ✔️ + планка 20 сек
руки немного побаливают из-за долгого отсутствия физ.нагрузок, но все терпимо! насчет диеты пока только думаю, хотя бы над снижением калорий
день 2: ✔️ + планка 20 сек
упражнения легче делать не стало, но уже приятнее, чем в первый раз!
день 3: ✔️ + планка 30 сек
мышцы в области подмышек начали болеть при выполнении упражнений, но думаю это даже хорошо. отжимания на одной руке стали проще делать
день 4: ❌
день 5: ✔️ + планка 40 сек
результат уже виден, крылышки начали уходить ооочень хорошо. они конечно еще есть, но не настолько большие, как раньше
день 6: ✔️ + планка 40 сек
день 7: ❌
день 8: ❌
все эти дни очень активно работала на физре и допах по волейболу, так что сил совсем не было

@@user-nj1zb8bt5n да, за 10 дней 2 раза пропустила. Продолжаю делать, очень нравится, с каждым днём видно понемногу. С подмышек прям классно всё ушло, по объемам руки на см, грудь на 2 меньше. И реально немного поднялась и красивее форма становится. Я после 2х деток и 5летним стажем кормления оочень довольна. Так что начинайте) привыкаешь быстро и уже не лень каждое утро делать, а результаты радуют.

I have always followed you since I came to know about you.
Just wanted to tell please suggest some upper back and lower back exercise to relieve pain
Even though my breasts aren’t in bad shape, they are rather in my opinion “small” 🥲, I do have much a little extra fat where the armpit areas are and I wanted to do these to help just to the area and get rid of flabby arms and armpit fat. My flabby arms I personally hate, and where the fat on my arms are mostly stored. I do April’s other video for the arms and combine it with this video and loving these workouts. I feel so good after doing these and also much Energy, I have also notice my breasts are a lot more firmer. The elbow taps exercise in this one I really feel the burn in that same for the c-rotation in the arm workout video. So far I’ve almost finished my 2nd week and really enjoying doing these exercises, thank you so much April 🦋
