Will this help shed back fat or just tone?
guys this actually works. iâve been doing these exercises for 5 weeks now, 2 times a day, 6 days of the week, one resting day. (and i do a 15 minute jumping rope session. )eating a little bit cleaner and smaller portions and drinking lots of water, no juice, no soda, just water. my arms have gotten slimmer and have gained a little bit of muscle, just like i wanted đ (ps. sorry if my english is bad, not my first language)

Tori hi, lm really sick and have mobility/movement problems and I can do these. The second to last I had to change cos there just no way for me but the rest I can. On a couple Iâve just started using my 0.5lb hand weights. You will really feel it. I really enjoy doing them and the time is perfect for me, good luck x

this amazing workout had tone my arm in only one week guys

I definitely underestimated this workout. I grabbed my 8 lb dumb bells like â ight lets goâ then I got scared af when she said, â Or you can just do it without anything, I promise you will feel the burn.â I was scared straight so i picked up my 3 pounders. 2 minutes into the workout I was like OH HELL NAH and I started over without any weights. This was way more intense than I thought.

Okay I have tried this for a week

And I have seen results the slight underarm fat is gone and my whole arm is toned
(Don't know if this related to this or anything but I couldn't do a push up but now I can do one )

Iâve been doing this for 2 weeks now, and I am glad to say that it is working. I am happy with the results and my arms have never looked this good before! I will continue doing this 1x a day and will keep you guys updated if youâd like!

I barely have any arm fat, and I see a lot of progress from day 1. So far the shape is pretty toned and nice, Iâm seeing some muscles too (?)

I've been doing this exercise 2 to 3 times a day with 1 break day for around 3 weeks (along side some cardio or walking/ running) and boy have I lost fat on my arms. Also, I won some good muscle because I use little weights and do around 5 min. of weights. Thank you!
I have been doing these exercises for 2 months, I have increased the repetitions gradually and I have seen improvements over time, after a week you already see some difference if you train constantly every day. My arms are thinner in circumference and my muscles have been toned and enlarged, the right one. Thanks a lot for your workouts, they are functional!!

9/17/20 *Day One* Iâm gonna start doing this workout two times a day, until I start seeing improvement.
9/18/20 *Day Two* Today was definitely harder since doing this yesterday.
During this time around I could feel my deltoids and biceps were really sore while doing this workout.
No pain no gain!
9/19/20 *Day Three* It wasnât that bad this time around compared to yesterday. Still going strong!
9/20/20 *Day Four* I did this workout today, along with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd.
9/21/20 *Day Five* I did the same as yesterday, did this workout with the 30 day shred.
9/22/20 *Day Six* Still going strong!đȘ
9/23/20 *Day Seven* Iâm still continuing to do this two times a day. Along with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD.
9/24/20 *Day Eight* Just did this workout alone today. I swear itâs getting a little bit easier.

i know this is very old but iâve been doing this for three weeks now and iâve been seeing and feeling a difference thereâs still shaking and thing but this has been working
So I started this probably about 2 weeks ago and I have seen results! I try to do this every or every other day. My arms were sticks to start with so I did not lose any fat, but instead gained some muscle! Iâm not sure if I am doing the entire workout right though because my triceps and deltoid seem to have not changed, which just makes my arms weird in the long run. I love this workout, but are there any other workouts/tips to help me gain muscle there too? I love you and your workouts â€ïž

Vicky I can totally feel it. I try then after the arm circles my arms just collapsed. This afternoon I tried it and it was way better, however I can always feel the burn not matter what. Thanks a lot.

I am apple body type and my arms were never thin...I did these arm workouts for about 5 times a week and my arms looked great on wedding pictures đȘđŒ This was perfect since with work and everything I didnât have much time/energy for crash diets and crazy workouts. This workout is the best for my arms! Have arms that are pretty thin but I was looking to slim them down a bit. After a month, my arms are so much more toned, slimmer, and way better looking. I totally recommend!đ

This is my second week doing this workout, and I do it twice a day, morning and night. One of the most easiest arm workouts Iâve ever tried, and u do not bulk up. I did 100 of each and felt a huge difference like they're super hard right now vs when I do weights it doesn't do half of what this did to me
Definitely gonna continue with this workout and see how it goes. Honestly never thought I was this weak and I only used body weights. OMG, those criss-cross moves definitely feel the burn as well as the last workout.
I love this one itâs soo simple and it targets nearly every muscle. I first started with my dumbells but I realized 1 min in that I didnât need them to feel the burn! Thanks, Vickyâ€ïž

I honestly have to say that I love this arm workout! I haven't been as consistent with it as I should have been. However after doing this for a few weeks it's lifted my mood,and my arms have been alot toner.(I have some major "batwings"). Everytime I fallout from my workout regimen I always come back to this and it works,and is worth it! Just keeo going!

Night 1- my arms are on fire dont underestimate the power of pulses
Night 2- I definitely noticed the burn and I was sore for a few hours starting to see a slight difference
I started to see major results after about a week of doing them.

Day 1: harder than expected and definitely feel a burn
Day 2: a little easier and can still feel the burn
Day 3: easier , still havenât seen a difference but too early for a drastic change
Day 4: same intensity as day 3; no change seen yet (still really early for change) :)
Day 5: ate fast food tonight (hopefully that doesnât affect my progress) but I think Iâm seeing a tiny difference in my arms today :))))
Day 7: easier, no difference from day 5
Day 8: the easiest day so far :)) no difference
Day 9: hard for me today for some reason no difference

Edit: I'm on day 3 and now it takes me about the fourth exercise for my neck to start hurting, hopefully in a few months it doesn't hurt at all

I Love this video!!! I started doing some of her workouts a couple yrs ago. Had a frustrating last six months n wasn't doing much. Just starting back today. Maaaan her voice and the music she uses here was so wonderful to my ears. On to making this yr better than the last. Happy New year to all. For all of my skinny arm girls out there, let me tell you this works! I do this once a day every day (no sweat at all) and my arms are perfectly toned. I donât need to use water bottles yet but when this gets to easy, just grab a couple of those to make it burn! My mom and friend even commented saying my arms looked like I lift (they were chicken arms before so within a week I saw results). no, you have a broad shoulder because it's your bone structure you can't make it smaller by this exercise
