    Two other species are suffering tremendously! Domesticated dogs and cats are also suffering the consequences of a lifetine of eating nothing but highly processed, toxic "feeds" that are even worse than our food! They're suffering generational health consequences and a crisis of shorter lifespans.

    Dr. Please, warn people about Stevia! I've been trying to lose weight. Eating 2 protein bars and 1 shake a day all sweetened with Stevia. Hot tea, ice tea, and Zevia pop also stevia. Been having trouble with gas and bloating. I thought it was all the greens. Nope! Stevia... My blood pressure was so low last night i went to the ER. 80/56! They said i had a bladder infection, put me on kflex 500 mg 3 x a day. Sent me home at 110/63. Today still feeling bad checked blood pressure, 85/54! Something told me to Google it?? It's the Stevia! Its a vasodilator lowering my blood pressure!! Banned in Europe!! Now i know why!!!!

    I’m pretty frustrated with her saying Americans CHOOSE to be in our house and car for 93% of the day. May be true for some but as somebody as myself who works 40 hours a week. I certainly want to be outside as much as I need/want but I need to make enough money to have anything in this world. I avoided the 40 hour week grind for so long but never been able to have a place of my own. Always struggling with bills. A lot of us don’t choose to sacrifice our needs for nature but we have too, to even have stability in our lives. Way the system is set up for now unfortunately. Not many jobs can work outside that are stable.

      BBQ, any chance you have a yard to put in some perennial food sources? The gift that keeps on giving! (with little work to build a healthy soil & less pest damage). I've been able to invest a little at a time so that I can afford to work 1 less day a week. Plus better energy from the organic veggies & fruit!

      Hey family, thanks for chiming in and sharing your perspective. ♥️ When I was trying to figure out my deteriorating health and well-being, I lived in Ferguson, Missouri, worked over 40 hours a week at a casino, and I was a full-time student with two kids. There were no gyms in my neighborhood, and it wasn’t uncommon to have shootings at the local park. I had to navigate so much just to survive. Even getting to the university I was attending (which was a 15 minute drive away), I was pulled over and harassed so many times by the people who were supposed “protect and serve” our community. I had so many reasons not to find a way to take better care of myself. And no one would have blamed me. But THAT was at the root of what was keeping me imprisoned. I had a problem for every solution and I was hanging on to all the reasons that I COULDN’T do things. But it was in this environment, when I DECIDED that I’d find a way regardless of my circumstances, that I began to find solutions that were there all along. I began to use the university gym, I began to prioritize active activities (often outdoors) with my kids each weekend in safer parts of town, I even started doing workouts on the parking lot of my apartment complex to get some sunlight since I was indoors most of the day. I also found out there was an outdoor farmer’s market every Saturday less than 10 minutes from me and I took my kids there most weekends too. Regardless of where you are, if you see yourself without more options, then THAT is what life will lawfully give you. But when you understand how powerful, creative, and limitless you really are, you know that the only thing that can hold you back are the limits you place on your own mind. If you want to fight for your apparent limitations, you absolutely can. Or you can put that energy into what you CAN do regardless of your circumstances. Where your mind goes, your life will follow. This I know for certain.

    I love the work that Shawn, Casey & Calley are sharing. Living a life with purpose on ancestral health & nutrition gives you an optimal lifestyle. Thank you for sharing! I'm a 50-year young perimenipause woman who's in remission from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was on a weekly biologic injectible medication "Enbrel," with other prescriptions like Celebrex, Methotrexate, Tramadol & Prednisone at times that made my immune system sick and my body obese & weak starting at the age of 27. I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore" now. This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60 lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions. Also, I love being in nature, grounding, circadian rhythm & I eat no seed oils, sugar, or processed foods. I started lifting heavy weights, strength training & balance exercises 4 times a week last April 2023. It has been a new life for me!     I am a preschool teacher, you should see the sugary, processed snacks parents send with their child. I see tons of skin issues, obesity, asthma, etc... These are 2 year olds! When I mention that snacks need to be real whole foods I get angry push back.

    I turned 53 this year, (on my 50th birthday) my girls and I got together and went roller skating (more-less) for nostalgia and to have fun! But, we had such a great time, that we have kept it going over the past few years and now we get together regularly, and our “girls night” revolves around roller skating! It’s so fun and we’re getting physical exercise at the same time!! 🛼

    I have got knee sprain in my left knee and an ACL tear in my right knee. The orthopedic has told me to do rehabilitation training for my left sprained knee and the pain has to be tolerable while training for the left knee. Any advice if knee sprains ever heal? And, Should I go for ACL surgery for my right knee or not?

    Thank you for spreading this message. You’re so right that we have absolutely normalized poor health. And also the medications for everything. Just look at the way some people react when you say you’d rather change your diet than to take a pill. Some people act like it’s silly! They think the pills are the one true cure for these diseases! It’s crazy. In 2018-2019 I was eating the healthiest of my life and walking every single day and I felt great. Over the past few years my health has been on the back burner..it has been terrifying me, I get really bad health anxiety. Now I’m determined to learn how to cook and cook good quality real food. Also about honey, once I started eating local honey every day my allergies have greatly improved. Allergy pills never really did anything for me. And there’s people I know that take allergy pills regularly, but still they admit that the pills don’t seem to really work!!

    Thank you for this interview. I just found out my Lpa is at 211. They told me it shouldn’t be over 75 so in high risk for cardiac events disease and stroke. I am terrified! Basically was told continue living healthy lifestyle - it’s genetic- they don’t know much about it yet. 😢😢 I don’t eat red meat, not overweight no smoking - I exercise - eat lots of fruit and veggies - not sure what else to do 😢

    Casey said the root cause of every chronic illness is damage to the mitochondria. No. The root cause is what caused the damage to the mitochondria, and she knows it’s the carbohydrates and yet she said keto is not the answer. Come on Casey, can whole grain cause insulin resistance? You know it does.

    Shawn, I have been working hard to increase my daily protein. 2 weeks ago I got laid off from a decent paying job. I mostly only consume organic food. I love the protein I get from organic Greek yogurt but it’s $7+ a container where I am. Question, should I only eat Greek yogurt if it’s organic or is the protein intake better. Due to costs non organic Greek is half the price. I’m struggling. I have 3 little kiddos (4 and under). I’m not even 4 months postpartum. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

    I met with someone for a meeting and their office was right next to a park. So, the man asked if we could do a walking meeting. He said that the company incentivized their employees to do walking meetings and gave them a discount on their healthcare premiums. I thought that was such a neat thing for them to do! Everyone at the office was in great shape 🎉
