    Happy Monday on the way to the gym after being at the library this morning. Storms rolling across my state 😼all weekend. Thankfully we are safe and healthy. No complaints here. Oklahoma Nebraska Iowa Kansas got hit HARD. Folks left in the dark, no home, no electricity, and no healthy foods.. We will watch your video later .........     Since eating a PBWF diet i have gain muscle mass getting my protein from plants. High Carb is the way to go

    Is the damage done from collateral fat loss?

      It's never too late to work on reversing metabolic damage! I'm finding it to be an empowering and life-changing (and slow) process.
      The more cycles of yo-yo diets and crazy cardio we've gone through, possibly means longer we will need to slowly heal.
