Shawn, is there any counter benefit for an immersion one a week around 15 min in a temperature of 49 F?
is it the caffeine or something in the coffee that nudges the brown fat
Very expensive. Would big bags of ice from Costco in a bathtub do the trick? We are renters, with little outdoor space. I would really love to try this. Appreciate you!❤
It’s been proven that turning the shower to cold for at least 30 seconds has a very similar affect 🙌🏼
