I have got knee sprain in my left knee and an ACL tear in my right knee. The orthopedic has told me to do rehabilitation training for my left sprained knee and the pain has to be tolerable while training for the left knee. Any advice if knee sprains ever heal? And, Should I go for ACL surgery for my right knee or not?

Appreciate the info! I was dealing with a shoulder strain, but question if someone were to have scar tissue would exercise help get rid of it? Especially if we don't want a recurring injury?

Thanks for tuning in! We're glad you found the information helpful. Regarding your question about scar tissue, exercise can indeed play a role in breaking down scar tissue and promoting better mobility. However, it's essential to approach it with extra care and possibly consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice. - Sarah (Assistant to Shawn)
