I just had a thought mid way through this video. Society in the beauty world offers spf in foundations to protect our skin, yet the foundation itself is full of chemicals and not clean at all 😅

Great stuff! The sun is extremely important, especially sunrise infrared light and sunset infrared light to help build a solar callus for peak UV light and also heal any damage from it. Would be interested to know your opinion Shawn on Dr Jack Kruse opinion that artificial blue light is what causes skin cancer!

I just watched a video by doctor in Australia I think, she said antibiotics are a big pharma scam. Intriguing. I won’t take them anymore since I spent a lot of effort building up my gut biome to treat anxiety, ibs and depression. My 9 year old has had them 1 time! But they’re putting it in food!

They kill bacteria, but not viruses
They're not a scam really, but some people are allergic to
      Penicillin (mold)
People used to die faster..before antibiotics
      However, when you take them
Use kefir and yogurt along with it after

My skin reacts (develops an itchy rash on neck and arms) after sun exposure every spring. Apparently it’s some kind of temporary photosensitivity (allergy to the sun)?
I live in Canada where I don’t get enough sun during the winter so it’s like an immune response/sensitivity to sunlight in the spring. Also, I haven’t always had this issue…it’s only developed in the last few years. (This sensitivity disappears once my skin’s reaction has calmed down and then I’m fine through summer, but it sucks dealing with this every spring for several weeks.)
I never realized that diet could correct your skin’s resilience.Thankyou for sharing what you know. Didn’t know nutritional sunscreen was a thing.
After listening to this talk, is there a way for me to clear up my sensitivity to sunlight and not just avoid sunburn? (I burn easily too with a fair complexion so it is also something I’m interested in changing.)
Asking for myself and anyone else who struggles with photosensitivity.

It's what YOU EAT, or else, red headed gingers would've died out years ago
      It's not the sun
However, you need to go out, a little at a time..not stay inside, and stay outside all day
      You could burn
      Get a "starter tan"

    • @kathleenking47

      Not...really
Plus..too much sunscreens, and seed oils
      Cool at home
since people stay up later, because of 24/7 media?
No one is sleeping at night
