6吋模我用8Og.餅乾 7g.魚膠粉太多,又沒教人下多少水溶化? 4g.魚膠粉用20g.水去開,如此類推4-5 水份量。
我用6吋mould ,63g.的餅乾根本填不到。

牛奶加糖加玉米粉(栗粉)就可以做的,怕太稀易碎.玉米粉比例高些即可!灵活运用.也可加些可可粉的!
把所有材料放在一起搅拌后,放在玻璃饭盒内直接蒸熟,冷却后放冰箱2,3小时,用刀贴着玻璃饭盒四边切割一下,分离开了,倒在菜板上,之后切块洒上椰些!容易且整齐漂亮多了
蒸得话不用浓缩,是不是液体比例要减少一些?
