    Makes one 6-inch cheesecake
    Ingredients:
    Digestive Biscuits 6 pieces
    Butter 38g
    Cream Cheese (Softened) 250g
    Whipping Cream 200ml
    Gelatin 10g
    Cold water 40ml
    Sugar 50g
    Strawberry Jam for a 6-inch cake:
    Strawberries 400g
    Sugar 100g
    Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
    Blueberry Jam for a 6-inch cake:
    Blueberries 300g
