免焗芒果慕斯蛋糕
份量: 1個6吋蛋糕
材料:
牛油 25克
消化餅乾 5塊 (63克)
芒果 4個: 芒果丁 200克 及芒果泥 350克
檸檬汁 少許
糖 25克
魚膠片 11克
淡忌廉 (鮮奶油) 250 亳升
魚膠片 2克 (鏡面用)
No-bake Mange Mousse Cake
Makes one 6-inch cake
Ingredients:
Butter 25g
Digestive Biscuits 5 pieces (63g)
4 Mangoes - yield 200g mango cubes and 350g mango puree
Pinch of lemon juice
Sugar 25g
Gelatin Sheets 11g
Heavy cream/whipping cream 250ml
Gelatin sheets 2g (for mango glaze) - Jak na to + styl
For those trying out this dessert and have problem with the gelatin sheet. Here are some tips. For 11 grams, i use 4 teaspoon of geletin powder mixed with some hot water ( around 1-2 tablespoon of boiling water ) and as for the 2 grams of geletin sheet, I use 1 teaspoon of geletin powder mixed with one or two tablespoon of boiling water. Hope this helps. I just made this today n it looks quite ok with my above measurement.

看起來很好吃。
教大家一个小技巧, 当你剪baking sheet的时候 可以拿一张baking sheet 对角折成三角形 然后在对折,将三角形的尖对准烤蛋糕的模具(底朝天)的中心点(一定得是圆的)按照模具的边缘减掉多余的纸 打开以后就是一个完美的圆形刚好可以放进你的模具

Very nice recipe. However instead of sugar, if you add condensed milk or melted white chocolate to mango purée along with cream, it will take the taste to heavenly levels.
You know, I did that after having read this comment. It became too hard and todays Christmass dessert is ruined. I just wtite this comment so the person who will consider adding white chocolate instead of sugar makes sure that amounts are correct. If you just replace sugar either white chocolate in this recipe you will get a hard, strange consistency substance that is not sweet enough.
今天試做後,除了發現奶油25g量有點少,餅乾還是會鬆散..切的時候餅乾屑很多,應該奶油不夠,無法將餅乾全部凝聚在一起。.下次酌量增加為40g
但是整個做起來真的很漂亮很成功喔!也很好吃👍一完成馬上就吃完了😂

檸檬汁是放入芒果泥里面的,,,你指的芒果丁應該是放鏡面的果丁吧....其實你不一定放隔夜,,做鏡面的果丁你可以到第二日做鏡面的時候即切即放,那么就100%鮮了...嘻嘻

唔知係唔係偷減牛油份量,有時餅底壓好耐,請問用壓嘅方法,定係片裡面咁一下一下拖,會易壓得好啲架呢?? :9
我自己會好似片中用的方法,先平均拖到每一個位都有,然後先壓~ 減少牛油也會令餅底壓唔實 (純粹分享下)
減牛油份量會有影響架, 因為唔夠牛油會令D餅乾碎唔夠痴, 而最好的方法係好似sheella 113咁講, 平均拖到每個位, 再壓左邊邊位先, 再由外至內咁壓, 一定壓實如果唔係切時餅底好易散~ 餅底係需要D時間同耐性架!

Made this 2 days ago but failed 😭. The cake was very mushy , the mirror top didn’t come out right, and there were pieces of gelatin in the cake. Can someone tell me what could be wrong in the process?
