    焗紅豆西米布甸
    Baked Sago Pudding with Red Bean Paste
    份量: 3人
    西米 Tapioca Pearl 30 克g
    砂糖 Sugar 25 克 (分10克及15克 divided into 10g and 15g)
    無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 20克g
    牛奶 Milk 150 毫升ml (分2次下 add in 2 times)
    粟粉 Corn Starch 15克g
    雞蛋 Egg 1 隻
    椰漿 Coconut Milk 50克g
    吉士粉 Custard Powder 15 克g
    *注意: 紅豆蓉的份量是多於3人的布甸份量, 因為紅豆蓉份量太少不好弄*
    *Please note that the Red Bean Paste made in this recipes is more than enough for 3 Sago Puddings. Red Bean Paste is easier to make in a bulk!*
    紅豆蓉 Red Bean Paste:
    紅豆 Red Bean 150克g
    水 Water 480毫升ml
    砂糖 Sugar 60克g
    橄欖油 Olive Oil 1/2湯匙tbsp
    鹽 Salt 少許 pinch
