Why would anyone be watching a video about why a character has big boobs with their "little ones"?😂

I just started reading Astro City this week. I absolutely love it.

So... The JLA become the X-Men, trying to defend a world that fears and hates them, and hunted by government sponsored giant robots. I'll pass. The mutants have already done this.

As far as different Joker designs go, I kind of dig it. At the very least, it would be fun to cosplay. The show has been fun so far. I don't know if it will get me into anime, but again, I kind of dig it.

Miss Martians origins are crazy, she was both a Stand in for Supergirl AND the Cartoon version of Starfire (since they wanted a character with a similar personality) at once... and Johns named her after the wife of one of his friends (who has like a mini art book of the character).

I think It does tie into that idea of Peter growing up with his audience and responsibilities as a theme. For a character who seemingly keeps on getting the rough end of the stick its nice for him to get some form of happily ever after. I also think the idea behind a character getting married being a "death sentence" is that unhealthy view of marriage as a "ball and chain" type thing, which maybe says more about the writers than the concept... Its weird how the simple solutions of having peter retire but still be present and bring in Miles as more of a focus is hesitated so much on. I dont get it...

Re: The logistics of just showing people footage if a city being destroyed. I mean not to Get Political out here, but there's still people who believe entire cities were razed to the ground during 2020 and they didn't even see footage of it. Video from the video game Arma has been shown to fake destruction in like 3 separate military conflicts in the last decade. A guy pretended to be a military higher up in the Trump admin in 4Chan, an image board for liars and Nazis and now there's several religions around it. Religions. Plural. So no I don't think it's had to explain why some people would just believe Superman destroyed a whole city evennif the city's still there. You don't even need good AI, just photoshop Superman over some Arma footage.

The way they do events and tie-ins is an absolute mess!

Just keep her like Spider-man's J. Jonah Jameson. Hate Superman for the most pathetic reasons.

I like Green Arrow being a Waller agent. Gives her more heroic cred that she can convince Ollie who is still heroic through and through. Amanda Waller is supposed to be gray not completely evil or good, misguided but ultimately trying to do good using villainous methods. As long as Ollie isn’t being lethal (I haven’t read the comics) I’m okay with it

One of my favorite re read is Daredevil Guardian Devil by Frank Miller. I also LOVE Harley its always a great read.

The comic scene here between Green Arrow and Batman reminds me of when he confronted Superman during the JLU cadmus ark basically saying: "look I'm an old lefty, the government must do what the people cannot and they sure can't defend themselves against the likes of you". Enjoyed the video, looking forward to a follow up about how this event pans out!

I have to agree with you, this was my favorite episode and I actually love this series so far

It feels like it needs to rely on contrivance to work; "We sealed away the timestream..." really? The Green Lantern Corp doesn't intervene as they have members on Earth? If this is all explained in one shots and wotnot then it's crap story telling. All for an event series MAYBE even tie in an issue or the annuals like the good old days, but knock off the tie in series and one shots, or just make the event twelve parts.

Justice for Billy! I grew up on the 1970s TV show. To this day I'm Team SHAZAM ahem Captain Marvel. I love the less serious tone of Shazam....and c'mon...Talkie Tawny.
