    Well done on yhe rapid results Tom. Just 1 concern regarding the diet though, you don't seem to be getting any nutrition through vitamins/ minerals your body will be craving for while you are doing the best for the outside feed your gut with blue,straw, raspberries, bananas, apples, oranges, carrots, tomatoes beetroot, cucumber, broccoli, greek yogurt , cottage cheese these all packed super foods which your body will love . All low calories, some high protein and all beneficial vitamins and minerals. Keep up the good work buddy, don't mean to be telling you what to do just relating to my own experience dude through my own journey, much love and appreciation for the content. 💪👍❤️🙂

    Damn he is strong. Could you reflect on binge drinking a little more? Seems to be a Key stone Bad habit for most guys. And yes, being fat is the absolute worst. It is indeed living on hard Mode.

      Thanks man. Feeling kinda weak for me lol, but we’ll get there. Used to bench more 120lbs lighter 🤣🤣 appreciate it though! Yeah for sure, going to get a dedicated video on this next week. Booze is a tricky one and can easily ruin a life. As can being fat aha. Everything’s out to get us nowadays

    Haha I love the humour at the end bud! 😂 and you’re right, little things can be taken away from us when we’re over weight, I’m so glad being over 320 plus pounds once and now at roughly 260 I can do zwift, it took me 3 weeks though to find a seat that allowed me to be pain-free.

      Let’s gooo Meade!! Yep zero carbs 6 days and carbs one day a week to refeed. Bear in mind I eat still around 2200 calories a day zero carb, which is a 1000 daily calorie deficit. I eat a lot of fat for fuel. I can see you’re eating 900 calories of just protein. Great you are seeing results but I’d just be a bit cautious eating that low for too long, you’ll end up starving. Keep it up though!!

    How you finding not drinking bud? That’s one of my vices too, I probably consume 700 to 1,400 calories in booze when I’m on it, Apparently alcohol can be compared to fat as far as macros go 😅 damn man everything we like is bad for us!

      Aha yeah Alcohol is awful really. Especially beer lol. I was abusing spirits and zero cal mixers so it would hit me faster 🤣🤣 I can’t lie I’ve found it pretty easy tbf, but I didn’t really abuse it for too long. Fortunately as it was a short stint I didn’t really build up the habits/addiction with it. I definitely drank because I didn’t like my job. One of the rules I set myself was that I’d stop drinking if I left, which is exactly what I’ve done. Granted I’m not working full time, but I’m much happier with my life lol and don’t feel the need to drink, to run from it. Enjoying every day lol. That’s not to say I won’t drink on occasion etc, but definitely not sat at home in front of my computer by myself 🤣🤣 Definitely worth trying to limit it just for health in general really

      @@tomsharpefitness Ah yeah I hear you mate, I mainly drink weekends and it’s definitely a silly habit to have as I been thinking I enjoy family, TV, sports, films, gaming, just general life more without it. I read alcohol can increase your dopamine levels three or four times more then what can be naturally produced and then you kind of take a mental snapshot and think like you got to have a beer while watching the boxing, having a BBQ etc etc 😂🤦‍♂️ Like I say, I’m thinking of starting a little CZcams channel next week to hold myself accountable and you have really helped inspire that for me 🙌 so thank you sir! 😃 Glad to hear you’re much happier now bud, no job is worth being unhappy IMHO, I remember about 10 years ago at your age my bossing whistling at me and I blow up and walked out right there and then 😅🤦‍♂️ and looking back I’m glad I did, the place was a dive! Happy to say I love my job these days, it’s all seems to be swings and roundabouts.
