      I used to bench heavier than that at a much lighterrrr body weight lol. Nothing mega crazy but I’ll see if I can find any footage.

    Haha I love the humour at the end bud! 😂 and you’re right, little things can be taken away from us when we’re over weight, I’m so glad being over 320 plus pounds once and now at roughly 260 I can do zwift, it took me 3 weeks though to find a seat that allowed me to be pain-free.

      Lmao cant be too serious all the time. Props again for pushing through and actually finding a decent seat, the majority would've given up I'm sure!

    Well done on yhe rapid results Tom. Just 1 concern regarding the diet though, you don't seem to be getting any nutrition through vitamins/ minerals your body will be craving for while you are doing the best for the outside feed your gut with blue,straw, raspberries, bananas, apples, oranges, carrots, tomatoes beetroot, cucumber, broccoli, greek yogurt , cottage cheese these all packed super foods which your body will love . All low calories, some high protein and all beneficial vitamins and minerals. Keep up the good work buddy, don't mean to be telling you what to do just relating to my own experience dude through my own journey, much love and appreciation for the content. đŸ’ȘđŸ‘â€ïžđŸ™‚

      Thanks so much brother, and no problem at all! Really do appreciate it and worded very nicely!
      So I have Fruit and Greek Yoghurt once a week on my refeed days. Fruit is Banana, Blue/Straw and I think Raspberries too with some pineapple.
      You are right to point that out, and tbh it's not my biggest concern right now.
      As I lose more, I'll likely include more foods, however you will be surprised at how many vitamins/minerals are found within Beef, especially Ground Beef.
      It really is a superfood and is extremely bio-available. Some of the sources above, don't necessarily digest the best and our body has to work really hard to extract the vitamins with the majority of them just passing through.
      The advice of eating the rainbow definitely has merit and should be aimed for.
      I know for right now, what I'm eating is covering the base whilst stripping body fat at an accelerated rate. That in itself will improve my health tenfold, however as you said, I will definitely look to include more when I'm down a bit!

    Are you still doing no carb? I just started doing that and I finally was able to get the ball rolling again.

      Let’s gooo Meade!! Yep zero carbs 6 days and carbs one day a week to refeed.
      Bear in mind I eat still around 2200 calories a day zero carb, which is a 1000 daily calorie deficit. I eat a lot of fat for fuel.
      I can see you’re eating 900 calories of just protein. Great you are seeing results but I’d just be a bit cautious eating that low for too long, you’ll end up starving. Keep it up though!!
