    Whenever I have gains or if my weight doesn't go down for a few days even when I'm strict. It's normally followed by a huge drop.
    Plus you gotta take into account water, if I have my morning water or drink lots at night I can gain and lose 2-3lbs per day
    I actually love weighing per day with the mindset of ebbs and flows.
    You're a natural at this mate!

      That's it man, definitely the work put in, you will see the results, sometimes just a waiting game. Usually as you said, it won't move and then suddenly it's gone lmao.
      Yep, as long as you don't get strung up on any gains, I prefer weighing daily too, also just gets my mind into it.

    I turned down banana bread and tea cakes today. Staying on diet goals now. Got the scale in the kitchen.

      That's it. Fortunately, I know it will come and doesn't phase me. Unfortunately, it can really deter people, trying to get across in the videos that they will come and not to worry!

    That is the downside of weighing yourself daily, you see the crazy fluctuations in weight each day.

      Yup for sure, fortunately I know they occur and not too bothered about them, but I know they can seriously affect others!
