      Really appreciate that! Not sure if you're aware, but I lost 150lbs+ back between 2015-17, kept it off until late 2021 and then regained QUICK. Was depressed, didn't like my job etc, and saw no point in even trying to save my self!
      Definitely, never want to feel that way again! Might sound a bit silly but I've almost mentally, made it my purpose to try and help others. Of course, I need to help myself first and that's the goal, but I feel with all this knowledge and experience I've accrued over the years, I'd be a a**hole if I didn't share! I want to try and show ANYONE there is an out and better. Thanks again!

      @@tomsharpefitness since the start of the year, I’m down almost 30 lbs. mostly counting calories and walking / simple free weights.

    Food focus!! I'd never heard this before. I don't watch food programs or interest in cooking etc but during water fasts I find myself watching food programs 😂 it's torture

      Aha, yeah it's a huge thing in the bodybuilding world. They always say, if you find yourself becoming too food focused, that's when you gotta eat a bit more, or have a refeed meal etc lol. It's so true though, I'd find my self talking about foods with others for the sake of it lmao

      They generally prioritize certain macro or micronutrients.

      Yeah, I've never done Keto nor intend do. I do the carni as I love meat lol, and always see some results in eating this way. One of the few ways that keeps me full and regulates my hunger signals. Definitely don't think it's a for life diet though, 30 days in and out to help with insulin resistance and other things.

    I'm from Manchester and used to the cold not as bad as Scotland. Now live in sunny Devon and it's boiling hot to me, can't believe you're feeling the cold! Though early mornings are a tad nippy.
    How is your gf on your weight loss and diet?
    My recent ex didn't like mine, I'd do 12 day water fasts so it was a bit much I guess. Have you tried water fasting? Id drop 20lbs fast and it stayed odd.

      Yeah, I wake up so early lol, so it's double cold. Walking around a park at 4-5am makes it extra cold. I definitely noticed as weight has come off, I've got colder though. I'd probs be hot in this weather before dropping the 30+lbs lmao
      Sorry didn't respond to the second bit, she's used to me eating a certain way. When we first met etc, that's when I was very lean and into body building so she knows the deal. We've had some good times, eating EVERYTHING possible. Unfortunately, I'm the one with the food issues that takes it too far and have got where I have lol. Fortunately, for her she is not like me lool.
      I hear that though, and at the end of the day I'm going to do what I'm going to do regardless lmao.
      In regards to water fasting, I might try it one day but at a point where I'm better with food. Doing something like that, when I'm trying to correct issues with food will only lead to more issues for me, so a big no for now. Not to say, I won't try it down the line!

    I'm genuinely curious, do you plan on getting your loose skin removed once all the weight goes?

      Video on this going up later today! In an ideal world, If I had the money, time etc to do so I 100% would. I replied to your previous comment mentioning that I lost 150+ between 2015-2017 and had loose skin. It really wasn't that bad, and I could easily live with it no issue. If the opportunity arose where I could get it removed I would though, then blast it with tattoos lol.
