I'm on my 16th day of my 30 day water fast. I've lost 28lbs so far. I feel amazing. I was 26 st now im 24 st exactly. Just passed half way on my fast.
Best thing I ever done! Highly recommended you try even a 7 day fast. Reset your metabolism, heal you from the inside 👌🏾

I've been noticing some big changes too. Belly, arms and legs looking a fair bit slimmer.
I've been running 15-20km/week and my legs are visibly much more muscular.
The way my body feels is the biggest thing though. I had pretty bad sleep apnea, and could feel the fat on my neck making breathing more laborious when I'm lying in bed.
Now I have no problems at all. I sleep much better, I snore less, I don't wake up gasping for air like I have done in the past.
I think taking a break from your extreme deficit is a good idea, imo it doesn't sound totally sustainable, I know I'd be ravenous with that big a deficit.
I've been averaging a ~850cal deficit for the past 8 weeks, and find it to be sustainable for me. All that running helps.

That is HUGEEE congrats!!! All down to your hard work. The physical changes are great but hearing you that you are feeling better and most importantly - sleeping better is soooo good. One of the biggest pillars of health, really inspiring man. You should be soo proud brother, that really is amazing.
