    yay tom!! almost 50 pounds down and you look so much smaller too! you're definitely convincing me to pick up the weights 😅 your food looks so good too 👀i need to grab a pineapple for my carb day coming up!
    also, as i continued with low carb i found my digestion to be a lot more regulated. tmi but i don't have watery/loose 💩anymore!

      Yep, definitely feel so much better and can really notice the chunk of weight gone! Yess you really should, so many amazing benefits to lifting weights! Don't have to go crazy, but best to do something!!
      Yeah I never really ate pineapple until this journey lol, idk why but it tastes soooo good now aha.
      Yep, arguably I feel my digestion has got a lot better now, even better than when I was eating normalish calories. Will be interesting to continue to monitor!

    When you first came off carbs, did you get something like the "keto flu" or however people call that? Is that a concern with the high carb days? This is just a curiosity that only just crossed my mind.

      Good question, surprised no one has really asked this before in general.
      I didn't really experience anything in the first transitions tbh. I do use a decent amount of salt, as well as take electrolytes so that definitely helps. I've also done zero carb a fair few times now, so maybe that plays into too?
      I think, because the majority of the time I'm eating high protein, this gets turned into glucose too, so that could be another reason..
      I definitely have days where I do get fairly tired but not these 'flu like' symptoms. That could be down to the lower calories too.
      Will be interesting to monitor how I feel now though! I feel like I'd likely get tired towards the end of the week due to the lower calories too

    You may retain water for a while but refeed should boost your metabolism and speed up your weight loss💪

      Thank You!! Yep!! If all goes to plan, the morning of the next refeed - should be down!! If not scale wise, for sure still burning fat

    How many calories are you eating?

      Around 1800-2300 a day, zero carb Tues-Sunday then Monday I'll refeed around 3k+ I think I wanna eat more on the next refeed. My maintenance is around 3.2k
