    focus getting muscle and diet. you will be ripped soon. muscle burns way more calories than fat like 4 times more per stone. get that skin cut off when u done scars better than saggy skin. gl bro.

      @@tomsharpefitness get good range of motion on your exercise it helps max the micro tearing so does exercise to failure or near failure on machines not free weights.
