thats really good idea i would love to see a video on how your framed the shed up
Yeah and spend more money how stupid
They just came out with the rolling toolbox single drawer.
I saw that. That is exactly what I wanted. I would have waited had I known.
Now it’s just a matter of how long till it hits the shelves.
Rigid modbox is better
They make a drawer now.
Great vid - thanks for doing this. So yeah, I'm in the Ridgid battery line as well as Kobalt. I'll probably go with Ridgid. I'm glad to hear it's quiet"ish" because their hand held vacuum is the loudest thing I've ever used. You literally need hearing protection for a hand held vacuum!! Would love to see a comparison between Kobalt and Ridgid blowers.....Kobalt has a few different battery lines so just the 18v comparison would be helpful.
Why couldn’t you just pick Milwaukee gear for the video. No let’s use Dewalt tools. Not a fan
😂
cool set until i saw everything was 12 point
That seems to be a mutual feeling among most.
Man tools are garbage nowadays it’s just plastic and cheap steel😂
😂
it's literally 4x more to have the dolly and cabinet vs the bottom box
They recently announced that a bottom rolling drawer is coming. That's the way to go imo.
Good thing the new rolling packout is one big drawer
That's exactly what I wanted. I would have waited had I know for sure one was in the works.
Dolly, 3 drawer bottom, 2 drawer, then xl box sits on the top of it all. The only thing that comes off is my screw organizer. Works perfect for me
What I wanted was a bottom rolling box that was a big drawer which I saw Milwaukee just introduced for this coming year. I wish I would have waited.
You get what you pay for. Full stop :)
They are pretty nice but a little pricey imo.
The depth of the dolly wheels plus the pack out take up too much room in the back seat of my truck. The pack out by itself will only that a single seat
It does take up a lot of rooms. I spaced that part originally lol what I really wanted was the bottom rolling drawer they just announced. I would have waited had I known .
No one is talking about this because it’s nothing new… Festool has been doing this for like 30 years with the Systainer systems…🥴
👍
@@tgltoday2717 you know it’s true… Milwaukee make the same generic crap as 90% of the sub par tool makers, they don’t innovate or pioneer anything, as proven by this knock off storage and organisation system! Why drink “cola”, when we can have original Coke!
Or, buy a real drill motor that plugs in so you have actual torque, put some man effort into pushing a bit harder, and turn the spindle speed down a bit and use a professional drill bit bought from an actual supplier like Grainger, or PM industrial supply. Then you’ll be getting shit done. So says the 3rd generation machinist that has 2 decades of hands on experience. (Me) also btw a pack of 10 good drills is about $30. Beat that. Oh wait you can’t.
Spyder uni bit go BRRRRRR
Didn't they just come out with the big front pull drawer
Yes they just did. If that would have been out in January, I'd have never bought this dolly lol
I literally woke up yesterday to my 2011 Rav4 gate not opening which is a big deal because I use it to load my kid's wheelchair. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
You're welcome. I'm glad this video was able to help you. I know when it happened to me, I was unable to find any videos on what it may be.
Do i like that the lid comes apart fully to clean? Yes. Do i hate the fact that every nook and cranny of my packout lid is full of whatever is in my mug by the time i get to where I'm going because it leaks so bad when it's on my rolling bin? Yes
I agree. My biggest issue is the splash. I actually started using my yeti lid as it fits perfect. I heard a rumor they are redesigning the lid. I hope that comes true.
Is the Yeti lid water tight? Looks like they sell the lid separately.
Well, this is a wealth of information to all three people that own a grizzly 700 and a RAV4
😂
That 2 wheel dolly is as flimsy as your hair line. Just shave it brother.
😂
Thank you for doing this review! You did a great job… covered everything. Now I feel confident picking one up.
@@georgespencer3973 You're welcome and I'm glad you found this helpful. I don't use this nearly as much as I had planned on, but anytime there's a project in the house like putting together a bookshelf or chairs or anything. This is my go-to and it still is working good to this day.
We just bought one this morning, cut 2 tonne of seasoned iron bark hardwood for the wood stove. Barely knew that it done it. Still 3 bars out of 4, on the 6Ah battery. Brilliant little chainsaw..
That's awesome. I've used this way more then I expected and it still works great. I don't have a 6ah battery. I bet that is nice. Glad this worked so well for you. I just got the 14in earlier this year I'm working on uploading a video on.
They have a bottom drawer coming with wheels
Yes, just saw that and it's about time. I can't wait to see it.
Yeah sadly I bought the rolling box and it's really a waste should of got the dolly instead
I've come to realize the dolly wheels are not located well. Few other things could be better about it imo. What I really wanted at the time was a bottom rolling box that has one big drawer and it seems that Milwaukee is finally going to release one. I think they said 2025. It looks pretty nice. I'd recommend waiting and getting that.
I have a similar set-up.
It was my attempt at the bottom rolling box I just saw they are coming out. I'm super excited although I believe its supposed to cost $250 yikes.
Don't put the saw in the bottom box. Issue solved
👍
We use that at our concrete plant
Yikes, if that's holding up good with that kind of work I'm sold .
Love how you did all of this simply and without buying expensive hanging systems! You're funny too 😂
Thank you. I really enjoyed making this video and figuring out ways to organize the shed.
The toolboxes are the only milwaukee thing this clown has. I have all the tools that matter.. not to worried about how they are stacked up. You aint doing any jobs faster and cleaner then me with those trash tools
Nothing compared to a B&D Workmate.
I've not seen B&D version.
They realesed a wheeled drawer box this year, that is the true solution. Also a bigger problem is those dewalt tools in the milwaukee boxes, the makita gets a slight pass.
I saw that they just put showed that wheeled box on the pipeline. That is exactly what I wanted. I heard its not available until 2025 and its $250.
I just made quick release systems for the Handel and I can open it all without taking everything off
I really wanted a bottom roller with a big drawer and I saw they just announced they have one coming.
Just use the 4 wheel dolly , packout drawers , then the XL packout
I just saw Milwaukee will be releasing a bottom rolling box that has a big drawer. That's what I wanted to accomplish here. But I saw the price on it is $250 yikes.
Been using that 2 Wheel Cart for a few years now… cannot wait to get rid of it! Worst thing Milwaukee has ever made BY FAR!!
I saw they finally will be releasing a bottom rolling box that has a big drawer. That is all I've wanted. But the price is worse then the dolly.
I work by myself, my stuffs everywhere lol I should do this
Milwaukee just shared that they will be releasing a bottom rolling box that has a big drawer. That is what I wanted here. I would recommend you get that instead of this dolly now and a nice set of drawers for on top.
"I've done enough work today... " 😂
Haha someone had to do the hard stuff 😅
@@tgltoday2717 🤣
@@KRALTAIR47 😁
I have Crescent needle nose pliers I use around the house and so far they haven't let me down. and the price was decent.
The one I have is doing pretty good as well although it's not my most used one so my usage really doesn't say much lol thanks for the info and glad to hear that.
You can probably put a bit of shoe goo in the end of the that magnet and shove it back in there 😁👍. Good review. Subscribed
I never thought of that, thanks for the idea. I'm glad you liked the video and thank you for the sub. I keep a set of Makita bits by it and use them whenever I grab this one. Really any bits will work I found.
@@tgltoday2717 E6000 would also work. I use it for stuff like that all the time 😁👍. I was looking at the 8V Dewalt electric screw driver, but that one is like $122 😅. But it's like a super car compared to the one on this video.
@@joseCalderon1976 I've not looked at the Dewalt. Haha super car I will have to look it up. Yes I like the simplicity😁 of this one and the price.
next level !
Haha thanks. If they would make a bottom roller that has a drawer, that would be next level for sure.
I hate the fact the left is on right and right is on left
Me too. I really don't know what they were thinking.
F L E X
I'm really considering switching to the Flex as I think the drawers are built a lot better then these packout ones.
Cheaper solution is to buy a used hand truck/dolly for $10-20 and buy the wall/floor mounting plate for $30 and bolt it onto the dolly and stack it up however works for you.
You are definitely right on that one.
And the old guy with the 5 gallon bucket and canvas beach bag has everyo ask hey can i borrow your tool
Lol
Nice.
Thank you
The garage door box is AWESOME!!
I've come to like it a lot more than I was thinking I would. It really has a lot of uses.
I don’t have the dolly I use the bottom for extra storage for things I barely use. The dolly doesn’t fold so it’s hard for storage in vehicles.
That is what I was doing and I didn't take into consideration the extra room the Dolly would use in the bed of my truck. I was only thinking that it would go under my tonneau cover. I'm also not a huge fan of the wheel location. I really just want a bottom rolling box that's a big drawer and I've heard rumors that Klein and tiughbuilt are supposed to release one this summer so I'm waiting to see.
Is the top of that cupboard box, bowing down under the weight?
It wasn't but I did get concerned about it over time so I swapped it for the second box and put the drawers on bottom. I think without it having the corner braces you will eventually get bowing, especially if you have a lot of weight on it everyday.
I'm looking into these, so I truly don't know when I ask, but would the cabinet not work with the first setup or something?
I found the cabinet best to not be on the bottom with all the weight. Since it doesn't have the metal corner braces, I think some of the downward strength is sacrificed. With that being said, the cabinet can go wherever you want to put it. It was made to hang on the wall primarily but stacking it on the stack for larger items or taller ones like spray paint cans works great. I've seen people with just the 4 wheeled dolly, a set of drawers and then 2 cabinets on top.
@@tgltoday2717 I guess more so what I was asking was can that cabinet go on the rolling tool box packout, the one that's Not the dolly? like it does still connect in that system as well right? or does the cabinet only work with the dolly setup?
The cabinet can go on top or under any of the packout boxes. So yes you can mount the cabinet right on top the normal rolling box. You can also Mount the cabinet on top the small parts organizers any of that stuff. It's made to hang on the wall and mount on top or under any of the packout boxes.
