    first meal cant have 75g of protein and the celery on the plate cant have 600 kcal, you need 3kg of celery to get around 600 kcal - a lot of things in this video are just wrong...but its still interesting

    Loving the foods. Only just found your channel, i usually cook steak and asparagus..and im weak for sweet potato 😅 My doctor says i need to start a high protein low carb diet in order to lose weight and get some health conditions in control (PCOS and also have a foot injury). The weight gain shot up sooo quick after getting plantar Fascitis 😢 really want to get back to a healthy slimmer me. My main fear of losing weight is loose skin. That literally terrifies me.

    I did not even know how little bit of mixed nuts meant so so so many calories. I was leaning on mixed nuts in place of my sweet tooth cravings. might just switch that out for a protein bar instead.
