Try to do the push/pull/leg split but adding a shit ton of weights to the basics of calisthenics till you can only do 3-4 reps per set and don't do more than 6-7 sets (ex. for your skill potential: handstand push-ups, dips, muscle ups etc. You can chose the basics you want to train with weights. Not to mention that you have to train only one exercise per session!). This will prevent overtraining for short term, but for long term, in between the training sessions, you should rest (ex: after the pushing session try to rest between 48-72 hours till the next pushing session and during the recovery for the specific muscles you've trained, do the other sessions, pull or legs and repeat the prosses for recovery). For the entire week you should have around 2 times per week each of these training sessions i've mentioned in the beginning (2xPush/2xPull/2xLegs) already trained. That's my opinion if you want to regain strength for the harder skills. For me, this kind of training works perfectly. I'm around 65 kg bodyweight and i added 27 kg to my close grip small parallel pushups and in one week, i gained from 3 reps max to 6 per set! That's, again, my opinion if you want to try it for a week or two.

As someone who’s dealt with various bouts of tendonitis I’ve found consistency of flow is everything whatever strength you can still exert without pain /modest pain needs to be honed if you just drop out of fitness altogether for a while that’s what really sets you back (obvs in some acute contexts that’s necessary but for ongoing issues the show must go on)
