      @xprinceduranteofficial9275 Před rokem +41

      @@miraanda8357 , there are tons of Google articles that say gymnastics is older than calisthenics. Gymnastics has been around for more than 2,000 years, but its development as a competitive sport began just little more than 100 years ago. During the 1800s, mass and individual exhibitions were conducted by various athletic and school clubs, as well as ethnic organizations, like the Turnvereins and Sokols. Calisthenics, on the other hand, just copied the basics of gymnastics. You can also see that gymnastics is more of a complex set of movements because they are broader than calisthenics.

I like the planche the most, but we shouldn't take away the credits from gymnastics.

I just got out of class and get the notification for this video and I almost can’t believe it. Chris has been such an inspiration for me and within the last three months I have improved my free handstand from a 7 second hold to a 33 second hold, and I have been documenting my progress. Im so excited for your Gnastics Journey.. And Chris can be a great gymnast because of his strenghts and skills from calesthenics plus gymnastics has the more proper forms of Calesthenics. The executions are really on the different level of.difficultoes...Great Job Chris!

    I would love if you continue training until you get your maltese. I recently got my first muscle ups following your videos and with a lot of hard work, for all of us would be really nice watching you surpass yourself the same way you make us do.
    You got a big fan in Mexico Chris.

    It's dope and super relatable to see Chris try new things and not look so effortless. We're used to seeing him as an instructive expert, but this cool cuz it proves he's human lol. Love the comparative questioning and authentic curiosity/respect for Jorge's craft. Well done gents.
