You don't have to feel embarrassed Chris. Once a champ, forever champ.
💯
Every athlet has ups and downs… as you always say, be consistent. The same applies for recoveries from injuries. I am sure you are going to be back. And should you ever pass by Switzerland or Dubai, I might be able to help you with your pain and a quicker recovery.

A champ? 😂😂😂😂
I've been so depressed dealing with a shoulder injury during the last 5 months... didn't even want to watch calisthenics videos anymore... but decided to watch this one and gave me good vibes and motivation..thank you 🙏🏼
Sorry to hear about that, I know the way it feels because I injured myself 8 months ago which resulted in a muscle tear, bone fracture, degenerative in joint, and an inflammation on the tendon. If you know exactly what is going on with your shoulder than you will find the proper treatment to recover hopefully. Be strong, it is just a matter of time. After two months with the problem, I let it go, and accepted the way things are. I lost many of my muscles and look soft. Thanks to muscle memory, we will get back on our feet, we just need to be more careful in the future. Take care.
@@zinaboulahia9291 Hey! Thank you very much for your message! I feel very identified with your case. Right now at least I can do some workouts at the gym. Hopefully I will be able to return to calisthenics soon. Thanks for the encouragement and I wish you a speedy recovery too!!!
@@zinaboulahia9291did you receive any treatment ?
Try 6 years of shoulder problems for me
I also hurt my shoulder around 6 years ago and it really shattered my confidence. Just realize that injuries are a part of life, and you can shift your values to to maintain a sense of contentment. That might mean shifting your workouts to be more leg focused or more stability focused, or it might mean picking up a new hobby.
My shoulder never fully recovered but with consistent rehab work I can do everything "normal" people can do. Keep in mind that just like with calisthenics, consistency is key with rehab. Do all your exercises as often as directed by your pt.
Hey Chris, it's NOT Embarassing the least. You've been my inspiration for more than 10 years now and we're all human with our follies. You've done more good than anyone I know on the internet. Kudos to you and heal fast. Sending my prayers 🙏
Why are we here in this life? Why do we die? What will happen to us after death?
We're here to fulfill a purpose. That's why we've been given this gift of Life - to attain the ultimate goal of Liberation
@@nevergiveup5939 We are here to serve Jesus christ, whom died on the cross rose in the 3rd day. He said I'm the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father except through me (John 14:6). Their is a after life, heaven and a hell. If we abide to God's commandments and truly love him with all your heart with all your soul and all your strength (deuteronomy 6:5) which mean no matter what happen I still love Jesus christ. God bless you man. I love you man(not romantic)
I hope you repented and come to christ
@@KARAM20246 Is there really ultimate freedom? Or are there prisons and courts?
I don't know about prison or courts because they are a human construct. One thing I'm sure is that there is an inherent consciousness that discerns right and wrong. We just have to tune into it...
Not me thinking this was something more serious 😂😂
I think it's serious😂😐
Me too 😂
He kept the planche guy to be his spotter 😂
Ur not de only one
Been training 4 decades! Always check this channel and learn something new and ready to PUSH it to the limit again..thanks Chris!!!
Why are we here in this life? Why do we die? What will happen to us after death?
That’s actually inspiring that you are insanely shredded and all it took was a little bit of time out of the day
It's really sad to lose the progress that took years to learn, but, bro, life is not yet over. smash it. We are here to support🔥🔥🔥
Chris you are a champion who inspired many calisthenics athletes like me and millions of calisthenics athletes around the world and I can do is thank you for inspiring us despite your injuries
One thing which I can wish for you is speedy recovery in your arms😊
I'm always a fan of these humanizing videos from influencers. The goal of these channels is to motivate, and while showing your prime can be inspiring, the reality is every journey will have setbacks. Progress isn't linear, and I think it's actually extremely encouraging for younger people to see that even people like you aren't always at peak performance either. Much love!
Why are we here in this life? Why do we die? What will happen to us after death?
@@nevergiveup5939 there is no god? :)
Please don't say its embarrassing bro. You have inspired millions and we all know you will be back stronger than ever.
This series is getting a lot more interesting as I too, am training to regain my strength and it will be an amazing experience to train alongside you to achieve these common goals.
Best wishes to you to regain your strength and stay safe bro!!
Stay strong bro…you motivate a lot of us out here☮️💙
Hey Chris, when my doctor recommended exercise for scoliosis healing, your workouts opened a new door for me, my road to recovery and thank's to your workouts, fast forward to 1 year +, Iam now stronger, bigger and almost a person with no scoliosis, an elite Thenx athlete 😁. Things have a way of coming back bro. I think your in for a big blessing in your life and I can't wait to see it.
Your a champ and there's no doubt about your dedication. Wishing you the best and a fast recovery
The fact that you are now having difficulties with planche does not negate all your merits, successes and the fact that you were and remain one of the best in calisthenics. Millions of people support and believe in you, even after this video we are all sure that in a month your Planсhe will be even better than it was. All because you are Chris😂 it couldn’t be any other way. You are a man of your word and perseverance, and perseverance is the main indicator of success and progress. This is why your community loves you. Even the strongest and most trained body can crashes👌 It may be sad now, but then you will be grateful that the universe has given you the opportunity to become even stronger and more resilient. Just keep up the good work and perseverance will definitely yield results🤜💪
My man out here my inspiration I started on fitness. I know he can do it, will follow through this intense journey.
I never really comment on your channel Chris but you can just see scrolling through all the comments how so many people look up too you and how peoples lives have changed for the better since they have started following you . You're the only reason i started doing various body weight exercises and although i still struggle, im getting there!!
Wishing you a fast recovery 👍
This account is fraud. Trust me
It’s alright Chris, you’ll get back to your prime strength bro. Keep your head up! ❤
Bro I don’t really comment generally but Chris can I say how much I love you being down to earth like this. You really motivate me showing you going at it for a high level skill training session like this. The content is raw and you showing you aspire to reach the level you used to be and look up to (like we all are) makes me itch to get back to my next training session! Love you for the sake of God bro keep going 💪🏼❤️👊🏼
You got me scared there 😂 on a serious note, I’m so hyped every time you post a new video. I’ve been doing calisthenics for a year and a half now and am taking in as much as I can from your vids. It’s inspiring me to make my own tbh. Thanks for everything Chris
Omg you get me at that first second. Thank u for uploading, Chris!🖤 Thank u for making my day🔥 good luck with everything, take care! This vlog is really motivational and so inspiring!
Thank you Chris past few years I've been in and out gym being bored and burnt out stuck weighing the same (skinny fat, 6ft,1) and not gaining any muscle I subbed to your app and I've lost body fat and gained almost a stone in roughly 16 weeks so massive thank you! Anyone reading this 100% recommend his app if you have the 10 a month a spare!
Love this video, show the dedication that you need to be a calisthenics athlete❤️🔥you never fail Chris❤
Thanks for that EXTRA MOTIVATION! Keep on inspiring, Chris 🔥
it is genuinely frustrating not being able to do the things you used to be able to do, but optimism and hard work goes a long way
such an inspiration Chris 💪
Honestly been trying to unlock the planche recently, the pain in my joints is just excruciating. As usual, Chris always comes out with a motivational video to keep myself pushing forward. Absolute legend for sharing his personal training style!
We support you ❤💪👍 keep grinding.
Good to see Osvaldo again. Take care Chris and good luck with your rehab! Looking forward to your recovery and progress.
I love you for being humble and just talking about it. Makes you much more relateable and likeable !
Chris, you are always come up something new. Always full of energy and determination. I just wanna say, that you are a Legend, God loves you so much!
Id love to know more about how you injured you arms, and maybe you can make a video on how to avoid injuries and what you are doing in rehab?
I’m sorry you’re going through that. It’s not embarrassing it just happens, you got this. Just takes time but you’ll be great again. Have you in my prayers. 🙏🏻 God bless you Chris H.
I feel this. I had mercury poisoning in 2020. Lost 30 pounds in a week and my shoulder had zero strength. Three years later and continuously pushing myself I’ve gotten better than before.
I believe you can still do it because you are Chris! So good luck to you and take good care of your health.
You are our hero
Be patient and everything will be all right ❤
Love these videos of your morning workouts man. Makes waking up when it's dark to go workout, much easier man! Thanks for showing your struggle man.
Thanks for this series keeping it real with us. Got me motivated to start back during this time. I’m loving the progress
We're always here to support u mehn. Keep going. You'll get back to peak performance in no time💯💯
Hey Chris! I'm new to your channel and wanted to say your channel is amazing. Some time ago I was in a coma due to sickness and Type 1 diabetes and dropped down to 109 lbs of skin and bone and lost all the progress I worked on. A few years later I started watching your channel and am making great progress and overcame my mental block of ever getting in shape again. Keep making it happen and motivating yourself knowing it's motivating everyone around you 💪💯
Even Chris struggling...he STILL runs rings round all of us....
u got this bro. u are a warrior!
very humble, and so helpful that youre going to be training with your fanbase after so many years of them following you for your full planches. i hope you come back better and stronger than ever bro and we will be there to see it!
Chris, I wish you a speedy recovery! Thanks for surprising us with new videos!
Hope your recovery continues and you get all your strength back. Having injuries can be hard and it's not easy to get to confidence back to do what your doing after injuring yourself mad respect Chris 👏
Probably one of the best series so farr!! Keep uploading chirstt!!
YEEESSS Coming bck even stronger Chris! I have struggled with a back injury before and made a full recovery, you got this buddy!
THIS VIDEO IS SO GOOD, more people need to watch the video, this shows how normal is to always try your best no matter the place you are!!
Chris, I don’t give a damn if you can full planche or not. Cause you are still staying Chris Heria, the person who inspires me all the time I feel like giving up! Thanks bro!
You inspired me to get in shape, now I’m in the best shape of my life, I really want to thank you brotha, mad love🔥🙏
You are already a legend brother ❤🙏🏻 you have inspired millions around the world including me 🙏🏻❤️🔥
You are really great!! Always inspiring me to never give up. I wish you a speedy recovery 🙏❤😊
Wishing you patience and faith in your recovery journey Chris!
Keep inspiring! ❤️
Our King helped us when we were at our lowest. Now we gotta help him. Speedy recovery brother, you re the reason many of us started calisthenics!
Chris you still recovering brother, take your time even through this part of your journey you are an inspiration. Infact when you were doing the exercises all that I could of think of was " dam, this brother is still so strong" .
This was actually really encouraging. When you have a routine down and everything's going great, it's easy to fly through it and maintain your gains. It can be really hard to come back from an injury, not to mention putting a dent on your pride. Thanks for the encouragement.
The truth is that person changes my life, when I knew him I didn't have any information about training but with Chris I learned everything , I can't describe how grateful I feel now, you are the best , really the best no one can be better than you , you are the strongest ant the best of the best Chris ❤❤❤
you're changing my life fam, thanks to your clips i am in my best shape
Glad to see you’re recovering well bro
This is super inspiring, just like all your vlogs, chris. Keep up the hard work, man. Can't wait to see how you progress!

You such a great guy , thanks for motivating me .
I'm always amazed whatching this channel. I hope your arm gets better.
Hey Chris!!! Don't ever feel embarrassed and never forget that your name starts from Champion and ends with strength. You are motivation to millions of us.. Don't lose ❤. You'll overcome all difficulties and regain your strength coz there is tiger in your soul and magic in your bones.
This gives me sooo much motivation. Keep it up Chris and I will tooo 💪.
Very humble of you to be real about it. Injuries and set backs can be devastating for self esteem. And it’s always comforting to know it can happen to the best, and to not be discouraged by these set backs. Very inspiring brotha
I am seeing your previous videos bro ,and now you can make it once again ,i really trust you ,i didn't see anybody train as hard as you ... Keep it up bro
Hey Chris, it is NOT embarrassing! you motivated me for calisthenics. Thank you. Love you❤
Thank you Chris, your workouts are so effective that you are the only channel where I don't skip the ads
I love such a contect cause I have a lot of problems with injuries and a not reliable body... it shows that we are all human, that's motivating, cause you still hustle hard! ;D
Keep pushing Chris. You will get your prime strength back 💪👌
I know how you feel, I have also been struggling with my arms for the last couple of months. I am sure you will get back to full fitness level in no time.
Dude just keep on going man! You got this! You’ve been the guide for me when it comes to working out and learning all these exercises thank you so much for what you do! Question what was the track that you used while you were doing your 5th set of planche?
My biggest inspiration ❤️ keep it up bro, i know that you will get even stronger than before 🤟🏽🔥🔥
You Got This Chris You Can Over Come It. 👍💪
Love you Chris push through keep grindin
Wishing you a speedy recovery, legend! 💪💪💪 Thanks for inspiring us around the world with your best workout techniques and tips! Much love and wishing you lots of health bro! ❤👊
Don't worry, if anyone can recover from an injury it's you, stay strong 💪🙏
Keep up the hard work, my boy! The best is yet unseen!
Yea man, we all break eventually, but it only gives us the opportunity to overcome ourselves and become even stronger and endure much more.
I have discovered that I have 3 herniated discs lately, and these were the most painful 6 months I ever had in my entire life, not only physically, but mentally aswell.
and the thing that finally has gotten me out of this constant pain was the belief that I'm going to become much much stronger in the future so this will never hinder me in life again, I have basically discarded all my thoughts of trying to go back to what I had, and made a decision to learn everything anew, create my body again from scratch.
I train 3 days a week now and I started running aswell, and overall I feel great, I feel mobile again and I feel my Freedom coming back to me, which gives me enormous drive.
in the end, these downfalls come to break us, but rising from them is what makes us truly Great.
Love everything you do man, and keep your head up high 💪😎
Ngl. Probably the video I have enjoyed the most in several years. The pureness and the fun just to a whole nother level ❤️🔥
This workout looks soo advanced! Seeing Chris Heria go serious it's amazing!
You are the first person that comes to my mind when I talk to someone about calisthenics. You've been my inspiration since 2019 and I got my first results just because of you. So there's absolutely nothing embarrassing about it. You are still the face of calisthenics!
You have really been a great help to me
I love this........ I train hard but was still always afraid of getting some serious injury that'll prohibit me from doing certain training
This just gives me confidence that you can bounce back from anything, with just a little time, patience and hard work.
Fraud
I said is on the last vid, I'm gonna say it again. This is most inspirational stuff I've seen. It gives me a lot of peace to know it's not about getting there as quick as possible, but it's about staying with the process and by taking that long route the results are 🔥🔥
we know you are gonna get your planche thats no problem... infact i am training the last progression of the planche hope we both achive it at the same time very soon .... you are always the best for me ♡♡♡♡♡
Chris hope your hand heals faster… Everyone has ups and downs on life… Just wanted to let you know that youve motivated me start my gym jurney i couldnt do 3 pushups now ive been 8 months in and i do 40 pushups (im 16 btw)
Thx chris your always is my motivation
insane progress bro. you got this!
It's awesome to see how you progress after injuries
Don't be embarrassed it happens to everybody and inspired everybody around the world and we're going to be cheering and supporting you. Progress so keep running your Marathon with the planche chris 🤙🏿🙏🏿💪🏿
You’re about to convince me to start calisthenics ahaha. Thanks for your trainings and commitment bro !
Injuries and illness are part of life. I've been knocked off my fitness journey so many times, taking care of toddlers developing their immune systems, but we keep getting back on. This may end up being one of the most important videos for someone out there, just to get that reminder that we keep on working, and that losing progress isn't forever. Keep sharing your journey!
the loss of progress is sad, but ofcourse muscle memory makes it all easier to get it back, good luck!
Didn't expect this type video but I love it! Hope you will back to your best or even better form :)
You'll forever be my hero, my life changer, thank you so much Chris you don't know how much you've inspired me and others. Stay strong champ!!
dont give up man keep it up🔥🔥
Stay strong and you will get over it. Due to bad form when doing pull-ups, I got golfer's elbow and it has been hurting for 3 months and it continues. it is important that we do not give up.
nice that you show your side of weakness, meaning you dont bullshit people eyes, thats nice of you, keep up the good work.
I understand not exactly because I can’t do the planch because I suffer from bone problems because I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I get injured so easily and it sets me back from progressing a lot so I feel your pain and I sympathy and I have empathy for you I hope you get back to doing them and even better I hope you get better soon and big respect to you it take a lot to admit something like that and you are such an inspiration
That intro was awesome and would there be a tutorial on how to do planche pushups for beginners
We’re working up along side you bro!
Love the video good shit that is what I what to look like Chris and stay hard !❤
