1) Jumping jacks (warm-up)
2) Mountain climbers

5) squat & lunges (legs)
6) bodyweight rear delt flys
7) Bicycles (cool down)
Thanks but Push Ups arent necessarily for your arms. They are definetely hit, but the primary muscle for Push Ups is your Chest

Thanks heria i was following your 20 min abs workout but i skipped it for 25days majorly due to too cold in winters and i was searching for a good warm up workout before doing abs exercise but you gave excellent not so exhaustable workout and it really warmed up my entire body preventing unnecessary cramps after workout😊

If you're talking about the row bar(I don't know if that what its called) You can use a table or chairs. Pretty sure he demonstrates this in other videos. I don't have any equipment either but I can do this.
