    1) Jumping jacks (warm-up)
    2) Mountain climbers
    3) Rows (back)
    4) Push ups (arms)
    5) squat & lunges (legs)
    6) bodyweight rear delt flys

      Thanks but Push Ups arent necessarily for your arms. They are definetely hit, but the primary muscle for Push Ups is your Chest

    i got to hand it to you man. you get straight to the point; you guide us through the workout. It's also something you do. we get to see you winded and on top of all that, they are effective workouts. I've been trying to find a morning routine that's challenging and active my body, this will do great, appreciate it. its free online training. you're doing honest work, and we appreciate it.

    Was unable to workout today including my stretches as well when first waking up & got my alert you posted this awesome session for my mornings & did this in the evening just now & sweating like crazy!!!!!!!     Thanks heria i was following your 20 min abs workout but i skipped it for 25days majorly due to too cold in winters and i was searching for a good warm up workout before doing abs exercise but you gave excellent not so exhaustable workout and it really warmed up my entire body preventing unnecessary cramps after workout😊

      If you're talking about the row bar(I don't know if that what its called) You can use a table or chairs. Pretty sure he demonstrates this in other videos. I don't have any equipment either but I can do this.
