    Yessir I haven't been able to go past 3 months of consistent workouts until I started doing his workouts. Going 7 months strong and lost 25 - 30 lbs! Doesn't sound like much but it's the most I've lost ever and still going very strong! I wanna lose 90 lbs the time I'm finished.
    Edit: now it's 63lbs as of 7/29/22
    80lbs as of 10/26/22
    90lbs as of 4/6/23

Love your content, thank you 🙏 I can barely do any of the movements, but going to try the 30 day commitment as you said before, so I can build my consistency and much needed discipline. You add so much value to so many people👏👏👏

      One month Update, still can’t do the movements all the way for a lot of his workouts (I do one of the 7-10-20 min daily), but I can feel my body starting to change. My weight hasn’t changed too much since I sometimes eat toast and rice, but I’ll work on cutting that down these next weeks to see an improvement.
      Even though I probably don’t look too different (though I do feel like my clothes fit a bit better) I feel more alive and stronger after the exercise, and that’s a better daily improvement of myself- so I keep telling myself to just show up for the morning exercise no matter what.
      Like Rory Vader says, don’t be a Should-Head, ask How can I get the workout out in today, but should I.
      Thanks for everything Chris! You motivate even a very, very lazy unambitious happy couch potato to try and do better each day 🙏 And the extra energy helps me take better care of my baby too ~

    Just started the routine today. I'm usually very prone to giving up on things, both mentally and physically, but you're a great motivator and you gave me a hope. Now I gotta be consistent. I'll let you know how it works for me in a month or so. Thanks a lot :)

    2 weeks ago, on July 11, I could barely do 10 push ups. Last week, July 18th, I couldn't even do 10. But this morning, I did 20 out of nowhere....I'm going to stick with this. I weighed in at 227.8, down from 240. My goal is to be 155 of pure iron.

    Hey Chris; when you say these exercises can be carried out first thing in the morning, when exactly do you mean? Should you eat first, or are you saying, wake up, rehydrate and straight into it?

    I was 82kg in March. My city went into a citywide lockdown for nearly 3 months. During that period of time I made up my mind to dedicate myself to losing weight.
    I dedicated myself to this morning routine 6 days a week. Even after lockdown I am still doing this.
    It's mid July at the time of this writing, I am now around 69-70kg, having lost over 12kg in the last 4 months. My abs are starting to show, my ability to concentrate during work has increased significantly, and I have never felt in better shape.
    Thank you Chris for posting these amazing videos. And *never underestimate the compounding effect of consistency!*

    • @sadbacon93
      @sadbacon93 Před rokem

      @@mercer2913 i haven't been counting any calories. But due to the nature of the lockdown I wasn't eating out anymore and was just making my own food every day. And less drinking because no more social hangouts (twice a week vs once a month)
      I am no longer in lockdown so lifestyle is back to normal but i'm keeping this routine. And still lost a bit more weight over this period, just at a slower pace. (72->69-70 in the last month)
