Unless if those calories are absolute trash, then you will pay a different price. I would never sacrifice food quality to maintain a caloric deficit, ever. And nobody should.
@@botfantasies6229I think you’re missing the point. Obviously we need consistent good macros to maintain an authentic physique. However, there is nothing wrong with an occasional fun meal, especially when on traveling.
Hard to stay shredded if you’re eating junk for every meal and snack .Then you’ll be unhealthy and that will cause issues, issues that can cause you to not be able to work out anymore too. If you’re someone with a sugar addiction, eating anything but being in a calorie deficit won’t help you
@@chrisburton3571 I’m not arguing against fun meals. I’m arguing against garbage food to keep a calorie deficit. I will always take the calorie surplus if the alternative is a calorie deficit eating UHP’s (ultra-high processed) rich in glyphosate and other microbiome-destroying chemicals.
This mf 5' 11 170? Strong af, shredded. He walked like 10k steps and ate 1800 cals. Wtf. He shouldve mantained his weight on 2800. His metabolism is shut. He could get away with so much more

Hey chris I m currently 14 year old training since 4 months but still want a complete 7 day workout plan which I can repeat every week for lifetime and become fitter and stronger each week . Basically I want a complete calisthenics routine of a week including when to rest, how to do calisthenics without any equipment and plzzzz make workout less than 30 minutes each day . Also 1 more request plzz include warm-ups and stretching. Waiting for yr nxt 7 calisthenics videos ❤❤
Hi Chris! I enjoy this type of videos. I think that your body probably is in pump then you rec your seven days before; because shoulders, core and the chest were more pronunced than seven days later. But I like so much your diet with macros and i will follow your tips to improve my diet.

It looks like you do some sort of intermittent fasting. Is that right? Cause I am doing it, and I love it. I usually eat about 130-140g of protein, 120g of fat, and 100g of carbs per day, with a fast time around 18-20h

You can eat anything as long as you stay in a caloric deficit. Obviously it's a good idea to eat balanced meals. Great vid as usual!💪
