    Hey Chris! Wanted you to know that you really enhanced my fitness level. I started watching your CZcams videos and also on ig now i can finally do a clean muscle up. I am 22 yrs old and a construction worker as a full time and i manage to squeeze in 1 hr per day to workout sad news is that I actually injured my elbow while working but now I do abs and legs instead thanks to your videos. So yeah i really appreciate you and your content "The grind dont stop baby"

    Planche leans for the last year have given me some crazy shoulder strength and helped me progress up to a straddle planche. They are by far my favorite way to train shoulders! Great video Chris!

      Am I the only one having some wrist pain when leaning forward? I've been trying to just tank through the pain, but I'm curious if I happen to be the odd one out. I feel like I'm doing something wrong since Chris said nothing about the strain, but I'm not sure since it makes sense with the motion and weight.

    I also lost 4kg after seeing your videos about eating good calories
    I cut carbs down really hard and I feel awesome
    I'm at 83kg now and I want to go down to 78kg as a final goal

    Chris, you seemed a super intimidating guy when i first saw your video thumbnails, what being shredded and your tattoo's but I reluctantly started watching a few videos and I must say you seem like a super cool down to earth guy, after watching some of your videos I decided to get off my ass and do something about being overweight. I started losing weight at the start of January mostly because im struggling to keep up with my 5 year old son, I've lost 40 lbs so far and im absolutely loving it. This is not a quick thing, this is changing your life forever....for the better. I currently weigh 269 lbs and have never been able to do a pull up in my life, my goal is to be able to do 10 pull ups then go from there, also Aiming to get into a position where I can run with one of those cool weight vests Chris uses! From one Chris to another Chris, keep doing what you're doing my man.

    Over time you realize that calisthenics is not a 3-month thing and it's over, but rather it is something that takes time, dedication, effort and perseverance, and when the years go by you don't regret of the time dedicated to calisthenics

      If you ever start once never quit. I lost my 4 years progression during corona time and starting again after 4 years hurts...

    Gymnastics rings help a lot with rear delt growth and rotator cuff health. I'd recommend investing in a pair.

    I m 90 kg and i recently unlocked tuck planche, I automatically unlocked it just by doing a ton of pike push ups. I can now hold it for 5+ seconds. saving this video to watch it twice per month until I reach my goals.

    Edit:i have been trying to find a way to get rid of that visible bone on my shoulder but when i tried to widen my shoulders it dissapears but when i relax and do what my shoulder usually is it becomes visible

    Hi Chris. Thanks for another great upload. Question on the planche related exercises, what's your advise on hand/wrist positioning when doing these? Personally I struggle a bit with discomfort, that sometimes go over to pain, with my wrists when they are angled on those levels. Anything from 90 degrees and over I generally try to avoid because of this.
