      I really enjoy these exercises and also take a kick boxing/self defense class that also does all these exercises etc.
      However, I have ran into a problem… I have terrible inner thigh cramps after all these exercises. I do drink water about 62/72 oz a day and take magnesium and potassium. I’m not really sure if I’m taking enough for what I’m doing. If anyone has ever went through this and have figured out what works best please let me know. Thanks!

      Performance enhancing steroids aren’t always for getting you bigger. Some of them are meant to help shred you,give you the more lean look. ANIVAR IS an example of this and probably what he’s taking.

    1 month ago i couldn't even get to exercise no. 3 in your fat burning workout. Now i can finish the routine albeit much slower.
    Your dedication and hardwork towards your craft have inspired me to also strive to be my best version. Big respect!

      I assume you are talking about another fat burning routine as this was posted just 15h ago? I am confident that I cannot hold this pace, I can finish it but with maybe 1 minute pause between the last 3-4 exercises. I'm not 100% convinced that he even kept the pace with 15 sec. pause at that rhythm, It's like sprinting for 10 minutes. I see some scene cuts here and there (where he would probably take some longer breaks). But nevertheless it's a great HIIT workout.

      Dude his stuff def works. Be consistent and you can knock out the 30 min ab workouts like nothing. He really is one of the few true fitness people that can get u strong.

    This workout is by far the most intense for that amount of time on your channel i absolutely love it i eventually want to be able to go for 3 rounds but like you said take it easy fitness is a journey not a destination much love from zimbabwe chris you literally changed my body and my life 🙏🏾

    This is one of the best. If I took a video of my first time compared to where I am now in just 3 weeks…it’s like night and day. I do 1-2 sets 3 times a week before strength training and it’s upping my cardio with body fat going down too. Simply put, amazing!

    Guys, if you manager to get a total of 3 rounds of this workout with a 2 min break in between each round you’ll have the energy needed to get through the full 3 rounds even if you have to fight through the rounds a little bit. Thanks Chris for a killer workout 👍🏻

    Ever since I left the army I noticed I've been putting on weight. It's definitely hard to be motivated to workout when you dont have your pals to train with you. But I'm following along with your videos to get back into a healthy routine. Hope I can stay motivated and go back to my peak physique or even push further with your methods!.

    Im trying to get back in shape and be healthier overall after a diagnose and i thought "this doesnt look that bad".... 6 exercises in and i think im having a heartattack - time to slow down and pace myself more ... but i can see why this is burning alot of calories

    For someone at 240 pounds determined to lose weight, 4 days a week in the gym for the past two months, would you recommend doing HIIT workouts all 4 days? Lately I’ve been focusing one day strength, one day cardio, one day core, and last day HIIT.

    Any exercise will burn fat. You could walk yourself skinny. Strength training such as body weight exercises are great. But the #1 thing to burn fat is to change your diet. Eating bad is what made you fat so common sense says to do the opposite to lose the fat…eat healthy. Eating is what changes your body. Exercise assist in the process. I got real skinny with no exercise and just changed the way I ate. Of course I do believe in exercise but I proved that it’s 90% diet that makes you either gain weight or lose weight depending on what you eat. These people who talk more about exercise is delusional. A person who really knows what they’re talking about are the ones who talk about food. To hell with this guy

      I would take the walk/run first as a warm up exercise, just to be ready for hard work out

    ok brother you killed me for a month and a half with the 6 pack 8 exercise routine for 2024. Now this. Imma do the abs 4 times a week, and this everyday. By the end of the year imma be a brother of hulk or to say the least feeling better for not giving up ^_^!!!

      It HELPS to lose weight. The main factor in losing weight is being in a caloric deficit, meaning eating less calories.
