Should have thought outside of the box and had the Nina Chanel Jordan 3 collab be the WNBA “exclusive”. This one is not a good representation of ANYTHING not military related. It only has the WNBA logo on the insole so they could’ve literally added that to any 3. As dope as it came out, had Nina’s design been a “WNBA collab” it would’ve been even more hyped and more than likely already been locked in as SOTY on most people’s lists.

As a big WNBA fan, I would have loved a true pair of WNBA Jordan 3s, but I have to agree that these don't make much sense. I've heard the desert camo is because the All Star Game is in Phoenix, but that still doesn't really add up. It would have been cool to see those green Jordan 4 "First Class" PEs release instead.

I got a wnba jersey Breanna Stewart explorer edition and I sized up. Tried large and it was okay but fitted so went for XL. It’s pretty baggy and long but I think it’d be good in the winter over a hoodie. Or just for a baggy look. Not sure if I do pull it off though 😅

They remind me of the Desert Camo Supreme 5s if anything. Rant/Tangent: one thing about Nike/Jordan brand, you can bet on them releasing products that make zero sense. i have this thought regularly as a Size 13 M seeing the most unisex of pairs haphazardly labeled as Women’s Exclusives. so many pairs myself and others would buy up immediately if they extended the sizing. potential bangers. they willingly leave so much money on the table. so much so that it’s counterintuitive to being a business - the whole point. i truly understand exactly why their numbers are declining. and they deserve it. they lack logic - at scale. grand oversight. one of many issues they’re facing but by far, the most egregious to me personally. but anyWho. peace TJ. ✔️

Yeah I don't know how those are supposed to be themed towards the wnba. Perhaps a greyscale shoe like the court floor. Though perhaps those would be too close to the Paris 4s or Cement 3s dropping in August. I loved the wnba PE 4s that dropped earlier this year. I don't get exactly how those related to the wnba either but they were super dope.

If Nike is going to make shoes for the W, I wish they would acknowledge that women in the league as well as women that aspire to make it there may have larger feet. Extended sizes please and thank you.

Supreme 5s are desert camo styled. I watned those just for that. I love camo. These would scratch that itch. But for a WNBA shoe it doesnt scream that. Which may or may not be a bad thing for sales.

I like the shoe but yeah it's one of those iykyk type of deals...it would've been smooth to put the orange wnba logo on the ass instead of the jumpman and just maybe more hits of orange through out the camo print🤷

They had stock they needed to get rid of , slap Some insoles in and try to pass it off as WNBA. So disappointing

I think that Jordan missed an opportunity to have Nina Chanel Abney release her Jordan 3 (or another orange color way) during WNBA All-Star weekend . The W deserves a more excellent shoe than this.

I'm of the opinion that sneakerheads should go for those pairs they can point to and say it unmistakably represents their visions, personality, creativity, and work ethic. And those pairs should hold significant memories and connection. And it's now the point i've learnt to establish where I'm fully satisfied. Remember the video you made on the idea of the pair that would retire you from the sneaker game? On my convocation day, I was blessed by my older brother and gifted one of my grails. My one and only end-game pair, the Powerpuff Girls Blossom SB Dunk. My heart was full to bursting at that moment and I'm still in disbelief I'm able to own this. To myself at 22, that pair represents how much skateboarding, animation, artwork and storytelling shaped my work ethic, talents, and creativity. It was a pair that put my undying love and inspiration from anime, cartoons and film on display, all wrapped in one of my favourite colours! No other pair painted the thousand words of my love for streetwear, cosplay, and the modern anime and video game scene. I know myself well enough that a younger 14 to 18 year old me would be head over heels with this, and I am incredibly grateful to my family for this gift. It's surreal and hard to put in words, but claiming my dream pair of sneakers ironically placed me back to where I was mentally before I was into sneakers. It feels now like there's no need to chase drops and check headlines of new releases. I've found the pair that expresses everything I love, and only few pairs are capable of that. For a good while, there's nothing more for me to do except enjoy this pair till I pass.
