I’m not picking up anything new this year for Grey Day, but I’m all about the 990v2 model, especially the Rock Ridge pair. It’s absolutely beautiful and I can’t take them off. Picked them up last year. Whenever I get obsessed with a shoe like this, it makes me 2nd guess the need for all of the other shoes in my closet 😂

They weren't being worn, didn't feel that great on foot compared to other pairs also and dug into my ankle

15 yrs ago, i bought my first NB pair, it was a 573 trail runner, i used it few times on hikes and twice as a tourist shoe. i don't like the weak sealants used at the 'tip' and upper soles though.. the pair let water in both sides, so the build quality faltered. i felt i got a lemon pair : \
my fondest memories are wet socks. fond because they were very capable all-terrain as marked and yet a subtle sneaker
half jokingly i'd luv if NB could get me another pair, gratis so that i can feel how they were meant to be :p
573 also bear the classic 'grey-day' colorway i got it for the design

They weren't a cop for me and I'll share why in an upcoming video but I think its a really good all around XI Low, all black tends to do well and it's great for summer

@@TalksWithTJ and they real comfortable. Only thing is the run just a big long. Makes me want to order another pair half size smaller than my regular size and see how that fits.
990v5 somehow isnt comfortable to me at all

I SAY I'm not spending 😇 ... but anyway 😈, I don't have any grey NBs in my collection. But I was super bummed that I missed on the Arctic Grey 990v4 that dropped about a month ago. But I may need to add a 990v4. I also like that "cool grey" 550.

Im actually trying to hunt down the elusive U9060BPM aka Triple Black suede 9060s (Japan exclusives). Damn resellers keep holding my money tho. And that color way is massively being bootlegged, which i refuse to buy.
