I've stumbled across of an interesting phenomena that the sneakers I take out 80% of the time only make up 20% of my collection. Everything else is dedicated to skating, special occasions, or sitting on idle. Back in January, I bit the $140 CAD bullet on a pair of rare Parra SB Blazers Lows from 2019. Little did I know when clicking purchase, it'd be my most worn pair of 2024 for how well tailored it was to my style. All the versatility of a white sneaker yet stood out against Sambas and white AF1s. The red and pink Parra colours on the swoosh and sock-liner made it incredibly easy to pair on theme with my non-neutral wardrobe. Plus it was a piece of art and skateboarding history! The shoe found its way to 80% of my outfits and cosplay costumes when I go to anime conventions! I'd go as far to saying, I'd eliminate a good majority of my sneaker collection and this would be one of my few daily drivers.
Mostly Reebok Questions & Answers. Shaqnosis, instapump fury, Reebok floatzig 1 is very comfy.

My daily drivers was the NB 580 just had to throw them out now my daily joints are the adidas nite jogger. Boost is life 💰💵

I try to rotate between those because if I made no effort, it would be the same pairs by the door which were featured in here, but that would only be 5 pairs.
@@TalksWithTJ totally understandable, I do tend to feel bad looking at unworn shoes. Got the the 990v6 cream bone grey based on your styling (as well review) and rocked it almost everday. Goes with everything, smart casual or vice versa 😆
Nice video. My dailies are either Vomeros, New Balance 9060's, or maybe a pair of New Balance 574's.

5:36 those are the ONES. The best colorway of that model. I wasnt able to grab them in summit white. The only color I wanted them in.

THIS is where we are similar. I still NEED those as my white forces. I have never purchased a pair of forces and Im black and own over 400 pairs of kicks. Airforce shadow always made me call it budget offwhite forces. I LOVE the all white pair.
There is no requirement by race to own anything

9060’s are in my rotation and adidas Rivalries…I actually wear Nike Motiva’s everyday when I go out walking/running in the morning…I don’t think I’ve worn ANY Jordans in a long time
The rivalry is a great model
My AF1 have the white juwel swoosh, and that one is also way better than the regular one
I hate the regular Samba, but I did fall for the XLG one and it's so comfortable, like really comfortable.
XLG is a homerun for adidas
@@TalksWithTJ they are great. They are easy to style but mostly: surprisingly comfortable.
I think my most worn currently, since the weather is dry and warm at the moment..
Is a pair of very plain grey Vans with one of those yellow ortholite insoles they had before the comfy cush

However, this is in dry and warm weather. The 4 and samba would probably get worn less when it starts raining again in favor of the 990v3 and the AF1 with jewel swoosh.

@@TalksWithTJ the Netherlands is great, but if you ever decide to go on a holiday here.. Just bring stuff for all seasons because it might be extremely hot one moment and storm and rain 20 minutes later.
A few weeks back I went into a store to buy a single item, might have taken 1-2 minutes. When I went in there, the sun was shining. When I came out it was raining really hard. Took my 5 minute bike ride back home and I was about as wet as I would have gotten if I had just jumped into a pool 😂 and it kept raining for hours after that, cooling everything down so the next day was very cold.
So yes, shoes need to rotate.. It's the only way to always have some clean pairs.

My most worn pairs:
- Home office: Adilette 22 OG sand colorway
- Social events: Yeezy 700v2 static
- Everyday use: New Balance 990v2 sea salt
- Gym: Nike Metcon 3 all black

A lot of neutrals but definitely a lot of comfort and slides/slippers are worn daily.
Try out Tolos for leg day. Tolos Barefoot shoes. Both stylish, sock like feel and they got em im all white. Id recommend those for a gym shoe especially for leg day
I am good, training in socks has served me well and I don't have to be in shoes in a private gym that is respective of that choice.

Not hard to wear at all. I drive in them, walk around in them, stand in them with no issues. I have trainer friends who wear them with no issues in the gym too.

New balance 991v2 stone island has been my go to. What you think of nike air max 1 ? Never tried out a pair. Im interested though for an everyday sneaker. Air max 1 patta either monarch or black colorway or 991v2 patta sea moss colorway
I am a few AM1s, my favorite AM silhouette of all. Great shoe.
Nice rotation. I have bad luck with white shoes. 😢if they get dirty Scuffed then I'm not feeling them. Did try new balance foam shoe. They nice. Also been experimenting with a brand called Straye. Vans like share shoe but the insole they are we don't hurt my feet like vans do. Check em out for r u happen to be online and want to look at new stuff. They are pretty decent
Straye has some great pairs, they have a model I really love similar to the Vans Knu Skool.

How do you keep your white shoes so squeaky clean 😬
I'm pretty aware of where I am stepping when wearing them and make sure to clean them off immediately after wear if they get anything on them.
I have a ? I just need someone to please respond to this. I have seen on screen the Yeezy slides but people keep flipping them over to the sole side. It looks wide. I want to purchase a pair however I don't want to buy them, have them shipped only to find out they're wide. Can I get someone to tell me in advance if narrow feet can fit them? I'm narrow, I need to know. Anyone please respond. Thanks
No adidas did not make them for narrow feet. There is a sticker on my box that says “do not buy if your feet are narrow” FrFr.
It fits like any normal slide. The sizing in terms of going up one is the thing to be sure of before buying. The slide isn't made for wide feet, just standard.

So I TOO work from home, so I don't get to wear many shoes. HOWEVER, when you go out, do you tend to pull out heat and if not, WHEN do you wear your other shoes?
When I am actually meeting up with friends, out to dinner, traveling, events that I am scheduled to attend throughout this year and early into next.

So do you wear the More Trail v3 casually?
Yes, I have an actual trail pair of sneakers that are not white and those are worn if I am on a trail itself. The cushioning on the More Trail v3 is insanely comfortable.
@@TalksWithTJ Good to know. I’ve heard for some people because it makes them tend to lean forward that they suggest it was strictly for running. Now I can place the moon daze pair back on the list. I really want to experience that midsole.
