    Hey Agnes! 🥰 , first of all thank you so much for such easy flow yoga workout 🙏😊. One thing that I wanted to ask is that, if I perform this exact yoga everyday, how many kg can I approximately loose in 3 months and also is this enough to loose all the unnecessary fat in the body ? 😊

    I noticed you made a mistake at @16.34 when you only did the twist only on one side. Also, the fact that you’d rather leave this up than reupload it with the crucial missing audio for quite a big chunk of the session tells me you cared more about the revenue than actually helping the thousands of women who use this to help with their PCOS. I’m a bit disappointed you chose to do that. Why not leave this up but ALSO reupload it with CZcams-approved audio? You would make double the revenue.

    Akshaya please announce the exercise as you go last few exercises I kept on doing glute bridges while you were already in your cool down stage doing happy baby and spinal twists 😂😂😂. I get lost in the practice and often close my eyes so the verbal instruction really helps

    your yoga flow is wonderful, yet few suggestions for beginners. 1) kindly show how you go into the pose and come out of pose as wrong postures can backfire 2) give a good hint via some beep, etc when you change poses, as it becomes difficult many times to sync 3) it could be better if you could make some videos in hindi or can put good captions and also precaution in better way 4) can show beginner level either in pip mode in video itself.
