Dear loved one, I hope you remember that you are not broken! PCOS is super common and it’s actually considered a metabolic & hormonal disease not a disease attacking your reproductive organs. My biggest tips for PCOS: start lifting weights, your designed to handle more of an athletic lifestyle, take advantage of it. Eat 20-30 grams of protein at every meals (try to hit 30-40 at breakfast. Get enough sleep, and try your best to reduce your stress.

Oh god, this is the best yoga guru and best yoga aasnas. I was constipated like I can’t even describe but after 15 mins of completing the yoga session. I was relieved. I feel so better. My stomach is better, my mood is better. Thankyou so much ❤

i was surprised how much gas i had trapped in me during this session! thank you so much. side question, do you recommend any vegetables or fruits that help with bloating? ive been trying to drink a lot of water and it helps a bit but not much.

Any time that suits you best. Mornings are always best to kick start your body. But evenings are also not bad.

Yoga is not a root cure for all health concerns. There can be so many factors like sleep, stress, nutrition, gene etc pertaining to the condition. This is just one way of relief thats it.
I love during yoga….but while doing I get giddiness…what should I do?
It’s the blood circulation and rush :) happens for beginners and those starting off workouts :) gets better with practice and mobility :)
