I wish I could like your videos multiple times. I’m doing yoga five times a week with you. I can see a huge difference in my body. Last month I’ve started with your videos and after one week I could get my period finally after 3 months. I also did those yoga for during period and I had very less pain. I’m counting this also this month and is on time every thing😊 thanks for your effort 🧘🏻♀️ I’m starting to love doing yoga and it’s because your lovely videos ♥️

Listen, I'm really stress, daily bleeding 20 days ago, is that helpfull regular menstrual cycle and stop bleeding? After 7 days regular mensis? Is that helpful or not? Normal bleeding 😢

5:05 really hurts my back straighten knee. I've tried to adjust multiple ways but can't get the hang of it. It feel like my knee is being stretched too much in a painful way so I've just given up on it. Same with pigeon pose.

4 - 5 days. Yoga is a very low impact style of workout. So you can pretty much do it everyday.
